[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the improvement of a device for identifying the hulls of grains such as rice grains, and in particular, the light source is automatically turned on as long as the rice grain arrangement plate is inserted into the device in a predetermined state. This invention relates to a compact rice discriminating device that has a structure that allows the device to be operated and also to store a rice grain array tray inside the device when the device is not in use.

Recently, as rice cultivation has progressed rapidly, the phenomenon of curling of rice grains is becoming more common due to the relationship between the ripening period of rice and weather conditions. However, it is extremely difficult to inspect and distinguish the shelled grains and determine their grade appropriately and efficiently, and the equipment is also complicated, and various types of equipment have been tried in the past.

In such a conventional device, first, during identification, sample rice grains are scattered in the rice grain array tray 1, and each rice grain is dropped into the receiving hole group 5 by, for example, horizontally reciprocating motion, and then the excess rice grains are removed. When removed from the notch 4 and inserted into the insertion opening 12 of the device housing 11 using the handle 2, the rice grain arraying tray 1 contacts the stopper 8 and is attached to the device, turning on the micro switch 7. let

For this reason, the light emitting diode group 9 emits light, and as is clear from FIG. 2, the sample rice grains 14 can be irradiated through the small through-holes 13 of the mask 6 to identify the grains and the like.

By the way, it is normal for one or more grains of curled rice (grains 15) to appear in a direction perpendicular to the long axis of the rice grain (Figure 2 shows the case of one grain). Of the light emitted from the light emitting diode group 9, the rice grains are irradiated only at one end in the long axis direction by only the light that passes through the small through hole 13 of the mask 6. The amount of light that is reflected at the eye 15 and transmitted through the eye 15 is very small.

Therefore, there is a clear difference between light and dark in the rice grains with the crevice as the boundary. This conventional device takes advantage of this property. However, the third
The figure shows the relationship between the rice grain arrangement tray and the light source lighting switch used in this conventional device.
As will be clear from now on, micro switch 7
is installed facing the center of the head of the rice grain array dish, so for example, if you try to store this rice grain array dish in the device during storage as well as during identification, the micro switch is always turned on. Therefore, there was a drawback that it had to be stored separately from the device except for the time of identification.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention turns on a micro switch at the periphery of the rice grain array dish when it is inserted into the device during identification, and when stored, the rice grain array dish is inserted upside down and inserted into the notch. By using a rice grain arranging dish with a structure that opens a micro switch, the rice grain arranging dish can be automatically brought into the identification state by inserting the rice grain arranging dish, and can be stored with the rice grain arranging dish inserted into the device. The object of the present invention is to provide a compact and highly efficient hulled rice identification device that is possible.

以下本考案を図面について詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the same parts as in FIG. 1a are given the same symbols, and the device has a rice grain array tray similar to that in FIG. 1b. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the relative positions of the micro switch 7, stopper 8, and rice grain arrangement tray 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and only this portion of the structure differs from the conventional device shown in FIG.

That is, in this embodiment, the microswitch 7 is biased toward one end of the front periphery 3 of the rice grain arranging dish 1, whereas in the conventional device, the microswitch 7 is located opposite to the front edge 3 of the rice grain arranging dish 1, as shown in FIG. It is opposed to the center position of the front periphery.

First, sample rice grains are scattered in an empty rice grain array tray 1, and after each rice grain falls into the receiving hole group 5 by, for example, performing a reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction, excess rice grains are discharged from the notch 4. Then, if the number of receiving holes is 100, it can be seen that 100 sample rice grains are in the rice grain arrangement dish 1.

At this time, the micro switch 7 is turned on as described above, so the radiation light from the light emitting diode group 9 passes through the small through hole 13 and efficiently reaches the rice grain group 14.
Since one end of the rice is irradiated, the presence or absence of curled rice can be identified very clearly from the lens 10 located at the top.

As mentioned in the explanation of the conventional device, hulled rice can be identified by the marked difference in brightness and darkness at the boundary between the edges. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the difference in brightness and darkness can be clearly confirmed, making identification easier and more accurate.

As mentioned above, it has become possible to very easily and accurately identify the curling phenomenon of rice grains, etc. However, when the rice grain arrangement plate 1 is extracted from the device 11 after the identification is completed, the micro switch 7 is turned off and the light is emitted at the same time. Since the diode group 9 is automatically turned off, the trouble of turning off the power switch is eliminated.

The present invention also has a great effect on the storage of the extracted rice grain arrangement dish. That is, if the rice grain arrangement dish 1 is turned upside down and inserted into the insertion slot 12 by holding the handle 9, the rice grain arrangement dish 1 will be stopped by the stopper 8, but the notch 4 will stop at the micro switch 7.
Since the switch lever is opposed to the micro switch 7, the micro switch 7 remains in the OFF state, and even if the device is stored as it is, there is no problem and the device can be stored compactly.

In addition, if the handle of the rice grain arrangement plate is made to have a structure that can be folded at a predetermined position as shown in Figure 7 a and b, the handle can be folded and the rice grain arrangement plate can be folded and the rice grain array plate can be folded in the opposite direction as shown in Figure 7 c.
If you insert the handle first, you can attach it to the device in a position that will not cause the microswitch to operate.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the light source can be automatically turned on and off by attaching and detaching the rice grain array plate, making identification extremely quick and efficient. Since it is possible to insert and store the rice into the device, the device can be stored compactly, and this has the great effect of providing a highly efficient and compact hulled rice identification device.
