を容易とする等の点で用いられる手法であるが、
従来この解撚を施行する位置としては、押え糸を
巻付けるための中空スピンドルの下端に解撚用V
ワイヤを付設し、これに押え糸の巻付けられた合
撚意匠糸を巻き掛け経由させることにより、その
解撚を行なつているのであり、このためその解撚
に当つてはスピンドル乃至ボビン側に大きな回転
数を付与することが必要とされる。かかる撚糸機
においては1機当りの保有錘数は100個以上が通
例であるから、その駆動モータも大馬力のものが
必要とされ、消費エネルギーもきわめて大きくな
るのである。また前記解撚用Vワイヤが撚糸機内
において露出していることは、浮遊異物の付着、
巻込み等を生じるとともに、解撚後の意匠糸の外
形に安定性を欠く等の問題点もある。

ンドル中心孔における前記押え糸の巻付け導入用
上部入口の直下にスピンドルに設けた窓孔から作
動できる解撚用Vワイヤを揺動自在に枢支内装
し、押え糸の巻付けられた合撚意匠糸を前記Vワ
イヤ経由下に中心孔を介し、中空スピンドル下方
の巻取スピンドル側に導出させた点にある。
