(Prior Art) Gloves worn when handling delicate objects, such as assembling electronic parts and precision parts, should be stretchable and breathable so that they fit tightly against the fingers. Therefore, knitted gloves such as stockinette are suitable. This knitted glove was made by cutting two pieces of knit into a glove shape, overlapping them, and sewing the edges.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, this method produces lint during cutting. On the other hand, clean rooms dislike dust containing lint. Therefore, there is a need for something that does not produce these lint. Further, when the cut glove pieces made of knitted fabrics with different elasticity are overlapped and the edges are sewn, the gloves become misaligned and cannot be sewn. If the glove is sewn with misalignment in this manner, large ears or edges will be formed around the fingers when the glove is formed, making it unsuitable for handling electronic parts and precision parts such as those mentioned above. Therefore, it is better to make the mating portion of the glove periphery as small as possible.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a knitted glove with excellent breathability and elasticity, in which two original gloves made of thermoplastic resin fibers are overlapped, and this is shaped into a glove shape. The above-mentioned problems are solved by forming gloves by thermally cutting the material.

That is, in this invention, a stretchable synthetic resin film such as urethane or vinylon is pasted on the palm side of one of two knit pieces made by knitting fibers, and these two knit pieces are bonded together. These sheet pieces are stacked one on top of the other, and a mold with a glove-shaped edge is heated and pressed from above to heat-fuse these sheet pieces.
Gloves are made by cutting at these points.

A synthetic resin film 2 such as stretchable urethane or vinylon is attached or laminated. These two knit pieces 1.1 are then superimposed. On the other hand, a mold 3 consisting of a glove outer frame is heated except for the wrist abutting part 3a, and is pressed from above the polymerized knit piece 1. As a result, the pressed areas of the knit piece 1.1 and the film 2 are melted by heat, and these melted areas are integrated, and at the same time, the knit piece 1.1 and the film 2 are cut by the pressure of the mold and the heat. be done. At this time, the wrist contact part 3a of the mold 3 is not heated,
It is only cut by die 3.

Also, instead of the above embodiment, the above process is a type of basting,
It may be sewn after this. The above-mentioned knit pieces 1.1 are overlapped, heat-sealed using a mold 3 made of a glove outer frame, and cut. As a result, the outer peripheries of the knit pieces 1.1 except for the wrists are fused together, and the knit pieces 1.1 is fixed. Therefore, it is also possible to manufacture a knitted glove by sewing along the heat-sealed portion 4 on the outer periphery of the glove using an industrial sewing machine or the like, and then turning it inside out as in the above embodiment.

Further, in the above embodiment, cutting is performed at the same time as thermal fusion, but the present invention is not limited to this, and cutting may be performed separately after thermal fusion.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a stretchable synthetic resin film such as urethane or vinylon is attached to one of the knit pieces 1, but instead of this, a similar synthetic resin film is attached between the two knit pieces 1, 1. It is also possible to interpose heat sealing and cutting, and then peel off the film from between the knit pieces 1.1 in the hot state of the heat seal. In this case, the heat-fused portion of the film remains and the two knit pieces 1. It functions as a by/re- of I.

(Effects of the Invention) This invention manufactures knitted gloves by the above-described method, but the knitted pieces made of fibers are fused into a glove shape by heat fusing and cutting, and then the parts are cut. The fibers at the cut edges melt and become a single piece, eliminating the production of lint when cutting knit pieces as in the past. Furthermore, the outer ends of the heat-sealed portions of the outer peripheral edges of these knit pieces are rounded as shown in Fig. ψ, and their widths are extremely small. Therefore, even if this is folded inward and worn on the hand, unnecessary unevenness will not be created on the periphery of the hand or fingers, and there will be no discomfort. Moreover, these gloves are made of knit and have elasticity in the lateral direction, so even if they are made flat by overlapping the knit pieces as mentioned above, they have a distinctive physicality when worn, and in addition, the above-mentioned heat fusion The outer circumferential surface of the glove is thin and elongated, including the outer circumference of the glove, and the outer circumference of the glove adheres closely to the hands and fingers, making it easier to handle electronic and precision parts.

Furthermore, even when sewing the outer edge of a piece that has been heat-sealed and cut in this way, the two overlapping knit pieces are fixed, so there is no risk of these knit pieces slipping off, and therefore the cut edge cannot be sewn. You can sew accurately at close range. Therefore, the overlapping points can be formed in the middle along the outer edge of the glove, and in this case as well, as described above, when worn on the hand, these overlapping points do not become bulky and do not feel strange.

In addition, as mentioned above, the synthetic resin film is attached to the inside of one of the knit pieces during glove manufacturing, so when heat-sealed, this film melts and becomes a binder for the upper and lower knit pieces, making the fusion stronger. .

Furthermore, when the gloves are put on, this film layer is placed on the outside of the palm, so it has an anti-slip effect, and also blocks sweat and oil from the wearer's palms, thereby preventing soiling of objects that come into contact with them.
