[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an automatic pressurized chemical sprayer that uses compressed air to automatically spray a chemical solution. The purpose of this device is to provide high safety.
In addition, the tank can be easily replaced, which is highly economical, and the small compressor allows the necessary compressed air to be replenished at any time, allowing the machine to start in the best possible condition at any time.It is also easy to operate, allowing for highly efficient work. There is something to do. Conventional methods for automatically spraying chemical solutions using compressed air include, for example,
There is a system such as that in Publication No. 14507, but in this case, the chemical solution storage tank and the compressed air storage tank are simply connected to each other by a communication pipe with an opening/closing hole that penetrates the body wall of the tank. Because of this, not only was the structure of the device using compressed air poor and unsafe, but it was also difficult to replenish the compressed air storage tank with the required amount of compressed air while spraying. When this happens, work must be stopped and the tank replaced with a new one, and this replacement cannot be easily carried out, making it extremely inconvenient and inefficient. This invention has a compressed air storage tank and a chemical liquid storage tank that are highly airtight, and can be carried around and refilled with compressed air while performing spraying work.In addition, it is a compact compressor equipped with a small motor that replenishes the compressed air. By placing it in a well-balanced position between both tanks and installing it on the frame, it is lightweight and has good operability and workability, and when it is necessary to replace each tank, it can be easily replaced with another tank. It is designed so that it can be replaced, making it safer and more economical, and allowing work to be carried out with high efficiency. An embodiment of the present invention shown in the accompanying drawings will be described in detail below. The compressed air storage tank 1 and the chemical liquid storage tank 2 are each formed of a required pressure-resistant material and have a desired shape, for example, in the shape of a cylinder as shown in the figure.
13 so that it can be fastened airtightly and removably. The compressed air storage tank
The cap 7 on the 1 side has a pressure gauge 4 and a compressed air injection valve port 5, and the valve port 5, the pressure gauge 4, and the tank 1.
A communication hole 6 leading to the outside is provided,
Further, the cap 12 on the side of the chemical liquid storage tank 2 is provided with a chemical liquid suction pipe 10 whose lower end extends to near the bottom of the tank 2 , and a communication hole 11 communicating with the inside and outside of the tank 2 . The openings 6a and 11a of each of the communication holes 6 and 11 that communicate with the outside air have an opening/closing mechanism 14.
and are integrally communicated via an air vent 15. Reference numeral 17 denotes a chemical spraying rod, and by detachably attaching an appropriate type of spraying nozzle 18 to the tip thereof, various types of spraying can be performed. Reference numeral 19 denotes a small compressor with a small motor 20, which is located between the compressed air storage tank 1 and the chemical solution storage tank 2 , for example, between the bodies of tanks 1 and 2 as shown in the second figure, or between the bodies of the tank 1 as shown in the third figure. , Place the stand in a well-balanced manner between the bottoms of the two .
It is attached to A. Further, the small compressor 19 is an air compression fan 19 as shown in the fourth and fifth figures.
The air compression housing 19f is equipped with a cooling fin 19e having a compressed air jet pipe 19c and a safety valve 19d.
The small motor 20 and the small compressor 19 are integrally connected by a belt 22 and a pulley 23. 24 is an ON/OFF switch for the small motor 20, which is attached to the L-shaped support plate 21;
The mold support plate 21 is designed to be detachably attached to the pedestal A. 25 is a cord, and 25a is a plug. 26 denotes the compressed air jet pipe 19c of the small compressor 19 and the compressed air storage tank 1.
This is a connecting pipe that connects the compressed air injection port 5 with the compressed air injection valve. 27 connects the chemical solution distribution rod 17 to a chemical solution storage tank.
Although the hose is connected to the upper end opening 16 of the chemical liquid suction pipe 10 in No. 2 , the chemical liquid dispersing rod 17 may be directly connected to the upper end opening 16 of the chemical liquid suction pipe 10. Reference numeral 28 denotes an air venting port of the air venting pot 15, and A indicates a mounting frame for the compressed air storage tank 1 and the chemical liquid storage tank 2 , which can be used in an appropriate form such as a backpack type, a hand-pushed type with wheels, or a towed type. I'm starting to be able to do it. Reference numeral 29 indicates an opening/closing handle for the chemical liquid dispersion rod 17, 30 a handle, 31 a see-through window, and 32 a belt cover. The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and when in use, the opening/closing pot 14 is opened and the pressurized air in the compressed air storage tank 1 is fed into the chemical solution storage tank 2 through the communication holes 6 and 11. The chemical solution in the tank 2 is pressurized by the chemical solution spraying rod 17.
By opening the opening/closing knob 29, the chemical solution is sprayed from the spray nozzle 18. Also, in this case, if there is an outlet etc., the small motor 2
By connecting the plug 25a of 0, the small compressor 19 is operated and the compressed air storage tank is
The chemical solution can be sprayed while constantly replenishing compressed air inside the container . According to the present invention, the chemical liquid is sprayed as described above, but in this case, in the present invention, the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid storage tank 2 is replaced by pressurized air that has been filled in the compressed air storage tank 1 in advance. Since the system is designed to spray powerfully, the chemical solution can be sprayed reliably, and in places where there is a power supply, the small compressor 19 is operated and the compressed air storage tank 1 is always kept in the air. Since spraying work can be performed while replenishing a sufficient amount of compressed air, there is no need to interrupt work to replenish compressed air as in conventional methods, and spraying work can be performed immediately under the best conditions (sufficient air pressure) at any time. Since the compressed air can be replenished to enable the start of the process, the chemical spraying work can be carried out with extremely high efficiency. Since it is mounted on the frame A with a well-balanced arrangement between 1 and 2 , it is easy to carry and has excellent operability in narrow spaces, so it can be used on trains, aircraft, etc.
It allows work to be easily carried out in crowded places such as ships and kitchens. In addition, in the present invention, the compressed air storage tank
All parts such as the pressure gauge 4 on the 1 side, the compressed air injection valve port 5, and the communication hole 6 are provided in a cap 7, and the cap 7 is detachably attached to the opening 3 of the compressed air storage tank 1 using a cap nut 8. At the same time, on the side of the chemical liquid storage tank 2 , a chemical suction pipe 10 and a communication hole 11 are all provided in a cap 12, and the cap 12 is connected to the opening of the chemical liquid storage tank 2 with a cap nut 13. Since it is designed to be removably fastened to the tank 9, it not only maintains sufficient airtightness and is extremely safe, but also allows each tank 1 and 2 to be replaced with another one if necessary. If so, loosen each nut 8 and 13,
Tanks can be easily replaced by removing the caps 7 and 12, and are very easy to operate and handle . Since each part can be replaced separately, there is no waste and it is extremely economical.
