Conventionally, a hair brush has been made up of a gripping part 1 and a groove-shaped flocked bed receiving part 3 connected to the grip part 1 as shown in FIG. and a pillow-shaped flocked bed 5 having concave grooves on both sides that engage with the convex strips 2 and with brushes 4 planted on the upper surface, and a groove opening end of the flocked bed receiving part 3. It has a structure in which the flocked bed 5 is attached and fixed by pushing it in, or it has a grip part 6 at one end and an opening for attaching the flocked bed 10 at the other end as shown in FIG. The main body is provided with longitudinal concave grooves 7 on both sides of the upper surface and a convex portion 8 in the center, and is made by bending both sides of a thin plate downward and inward, and a brush 9 is planted on the upper surface. A semi-cylindrical flocked bed 10, a trough-like core 11, and a filling member 12 for bending the flocked bed into an arc shape.
The flocked bed 10 is inserted through the filling member 12,
A trough-shaped core 11 is wrapped around both sides and fitted into a recess in the main body. Also, although not shown, there is a mat with locking ends protruding downward on both sides of a flexible plate in which comb holes are bored in parallel. The comb part is formed by inserting comb teeth integrally formed on the seat plate into the comb hole, and has a semi-cylindrical shape with a plug hole at the tip and a locking groove on both sides of the bottom. The hair styling section is provided with a curved shape by fitting the mat locking end into the locking groove of the brush body so that the seat plate of the comb section is held between the mat and the mat seat of the brush body having a seat. It is known that a hairdressing part is prevented from slipping out by forming a cap and fixing a cap in the plug hole (see Utility Model Publication No. 17853/1983).

However, the brushes disclosed in Figures 1 and 2 do not have any treatment applied to the joint surfaces of both sides of the flocked bed with the main body, and therefore, they do not match the brushes described in Utility Model Publication No. 55-17853. In this case, the outer diameter of the lid is larger than the position of the mat seat, and the heat shrinkage of the pine tends to create a gap between the lid and the lid, so it is difficult for hair to get stuck in the gap formed at the joint surface during hair styling. It is difficult to keep the brush clean all the time as it is difficult to keep the brush clean as it can get stuck and damage the hair or the hair can stick to it, and it is difficult to keep the brush clean all the time. Because of this, there is a disadvantage that the flocked bed may become partially distorted during use, impeding its normal function as a brush.

In addition, it is desirable to form the above-mentioned flocked bed so that its cross section forms an arc even before installation, but forming it in this way is difficult for mold manufacturing and other purposes. Due to the problem, it is almost impossible to do so, so generally a flat plate is molded into an arc shape and fitted to the main body, but this does not cause distortion at the edges of the peripheral surface. Or, the angle of the insertion hole for bristle implantation becomes different from that before the arc formation, resulting in the disadvantage that the brush is tilted in an unfavorable direction.

The present invention aims to provide a new and improved hair brush that eliminates the disadvantages of the conventional products as described above. A main body consisting of a flocked bed receiving part and a grip part connected to one end thereof, a flocked part in which brushes are planted, a circumferential side wall hanging down from the entire periphery thereof, and a part provided at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the lower end thereof. It consists of a flocked bed consisting of a folded edge and a core having circumferential walls whose longitudinal ends are gradually raised, and the folded edge of the flocked bed is bent and attached to the outer peripheral edge of the core. , which is fitted into the flocked bed receiving portion of the main body.

Next, regarding the flocked bed 24, it is made of an elastic material, and as shown in FIG.
An inwardly folded edge 26 is formed on the peripheral edge to engage with the collar of the core, which will be described later, via a peripheral side wall 24b that hangs down from the peripheral side wall 24b.

The outer shape of this flocked bed 24 is determined by a core 27 which will be described later.
Its thickness and elasticity are appropriately selected so as not to create a gap when it is fitted into the flocked bed receiving part 22 after being attached to the flocked bed receiving part 22. This is because if the outer shape of the flocked bed 24 is too small compared to the shape of the receiving part 22, the flocked bed 24
4 and the receiving part 22, and there is a risk that hair or the like may get caught or foreign matter may get mixed in during use.If the gap is too large, wrinkles will occur in the flocked bed 24 when mated. This is because the arrangement of the brushes becomes disordered.

It is essential that this flocked bed has elasticity to prevent discomfort from being felt on the head during use, and the materials used are natural rubber, synthetic rubber, highly elastic soft synthetic resin, and heat-resistant material. Examples include plastic elastomers, but preferably those that are not easily charged with static electricity or synthetic rubbers and thermoplastic elastomers that have been subjected to antistatic treatment.

In addition, the dimensions of the folded portion of the folded edge portion 26 should be approximately the same as or slightly longer than the dimensions of the upper surface of the step 23 provided on the inner wall of the receiving portion 22 so that the flocked bed 24 does not protrude from the receiving portion 22. is preferred.

Next, regarding the core 27, when assembling the hair brush, it maintains a constant curvature in the width direction of the flocked bed 24, and also stretches it in the longitudinal direction.
Both longitudinal ends 24c, 2 of the flocked bed 24 are arranged so that there is no gap between the receiving part 22 and the flocked bed 24.

As shown in FIG. 3c, this core 27 has the same or similar external shape to the inner surface shape of the receiving part 22, and its periphery. The side wall 28 is formed with gradually increasing end portions 28a, 28a that face each other in the longitudinal direction.

Note that the height of the peripheral wall 28 of the core is equal to the height of the main body 20.

By doing this, the flocked bed 24 is attached to the brush body 20.

The hair brush according to the present invention, for example, first has a third
It is assembled by bending the folded edge 26 of the flocked bed shown in FIG. (See Figure 4 a, b, c)
However, upon this fitting, an adhesive may be filled between the flocked bed receiving part 22 and the folded edge 26, and furthermore, between the core 27 and the receiving part 22, etc., so that they are bonded together. A very small hole 30 (see FIG. 4b) may be provided to penetrate the side wall of the tip end of the receiving part 22 in the longitudinal direction, and a spring pin may be used to fix the core. When the flocked bed is fixed to the main body with spring pins in this way, it can be easily removed, and therefore cleaning, draining water, etc. of the flocked bed can be done easily.

As explained above, in the hair brush according to the present invention, the flocked bed is attached to the core on its entire circumferential surface, and this is integrated into the flocked bed receiving portion of the main body without any gaps. Even though the bristle bed is formed flat and fitted to form an arc shape, there may be distortion or the brush may be oriented in a direction different from the desired direction due to this distortion. Also, since both ends of the flocked bed that gradually rise in the longitudinal direction are formed slightly higher than both ends that rise gradually in the lengthwise direction of the flocked bed, hair does not get caught in the gap during use unlike conventional products. Not only does it not cause any damage, it also does not leave any hair residue on it, and since the flocked bed is integrated on the entire end surface, it will not become partially distorted even after long-term use. Therefore, its practical effect is extremely large.
