て、片面にポリエチレンをラミネートしたアルミ
箔からなる保護フイルム1の上に発泡ポリプロピ
レン等の発泡合成樹脂からなる保護シート2を貼
着し、その上にアルミ箔等の金属箔をエツチング
して回路を構成し両面をニアラミネートフイルム
で挾着絶縁処理したフイルム状の面状発熱体3を
貼着成層すると共に、その表面に保護鉄板4を接
着フイルム5で貼着被覆し、更に上表面には表示
文字等を印刷したポリエチレンポリエステル等か
らなるニアラミネートフイルム6を被覆して一体
のシートaとなし、該シートaの上縁を面状発熱
体を除外した釘打帯bとなし、一角に面状発熱体
3と電源ケーブル7との接続部8を収納した接続
箱cを設けた構造としたものである。9はアース

且フイルム内側印刷のため表面が摺れて表示が消
えることもなく鮮明な表示が維持できる上、上下
の保護鉄板は一体となつているので、施工は1枚
のみでよく釘打帯を設けたので、施工極めて容易
で確実に行えると共に、保護シートには発泡ポリ
プロピレン、発泡ポリエチレン等の柔軟性材料を
使用しているので、全体に軟く下地の野地板にな
じみ易く、保護鉄板は表面には出ず、すべてプラ
スチツクフイルム内に入るので、外気と遮断され
発錆することがなく、面状発熱体と上側保護鉄板
等が接着フイルムで一体に接着されているので、
熱伝導が良く且下側の保護シートは発泡体を使用
しているので断熱がよく、下方への熱遮断を行
い、上方への熱伝導分が多くなるので、熱効率が
