発明の構成 本発明の調理器の蒸気排出装置は飛沫防止板

て飛沫防止板の開口部を通過した水滴状の泡は今
度は蒸気筒の壁面にぶつかることになり、その結
果、水滴状の泡が蒸気筒の外に出てしまうのを確
実に防止することができ、またその構成は開口部
が蒸気筒の上面と飛沫防止板の上面に設けられて
いるため、構成的にもコンパクト化されたものを
得ることができるものである。
