を検知する検知手段と、前記検知手段からの信号
を受けて警報を発するとともに給水弁を閉じ、排
水弁を開くように動作する制御器とを設けたこと
を特徴とするものである。

感知素子で、前記漏水を水の導電率で感知する。
11は制御器で、感知素子10の信号を受けた時
に警報を発して事故を知らせるとともに、給水弁
5を閉じ、排水弁6を開く。従つて地震や腐食時
に、温水器1の配管接続部やタンクのひび、穴あ
き等による漏水があれば、これを直ちに報知で
き、水びたし、感電事故等を未然に防止できる。
