料の使用、或は歯形が大なる製品の加工に有利である特
徴がある。

Claims (2)

品を、その内面に密に嵌入するパンチと歯形成形品の歯
部より僅か小径のカウンタパンチとにより挟圧して該歯
部の外径より僅か小径の谷部を有する第2のダイス内へ
歯形成形品の開口側より圧入して歯部をカウンタパンチ
に密着するまで圧延することを特徴とする板金製歯付プ
ーリの製造方法。
