CONSTITUTION:A numerical controller contains a main processor 1 and a subprocessor 2 for servocontrol which has an interpolation function for three axes. A data processing part 12 of the processor 1 decodes the command data given from a command table 11. The shift data on the motors 25-27 for the X, Y and Z axes included in said command data are added to the X, Y and Z axis interpolating circuits 13-15 of the processor 2. Then the interpolation pulses given from the circuits 13-15 are processed by multiplexers 16-18 and code switching circuits 19 and 21. The axis command data are converted into the shifts of axes accordant with each plane. Then the axis conversion command switched to the axis conversion codes are applied to the motors 25-27 from the servo units 22-24. Thus the processing speed is increased.
