As shown in FIG. 7, in this type of conventional general molding die, the pin-like member 07 is fixed to one die 01, and the other die 02 has a mold clamping member. At times, the pin-like member 07
A recess 02a is formed at the tip of the pin-like member 07 to be fitted into the other mold 02 with an appropriate gap, or as shown in FIG. There are molds in which the pin-like member 07 is fixed to one of the molds 01 in close proximity to each other, but each of these has the following drawbacks.

That is, when the mold is clamped, the pin-like member 07
If the tip of the pin-like member 07 comes into contact with the other mold 02, the pin-like member 07 will be deformed and damaged, which will lead to poor product accuracy. The mold is designed and manufactured so that there is a slight gap between it and the mold 02. Therefore, during injection molding of the molten resin into the cavity 05, the molten resin infiltrates into the gap and appears as a thin film-like burr (molding burr). In the former case, this burr largely protrudes from the outside of the insulator, and in the latter case, although it is flush with the insulator, it is in the form of a thin film, so it tends to peel off in part and protrude to the outside. Even in the case of
When insulators are supplied to the insulator feeding device of an automatic capacitor manufacturing machine, protruding burrs make the feeding and posture of the insulators uncertain, causing a deterioration in product yield. A step of polishing this protruding burr is required. Furthermore,
Along with this polishing, the insulator is charged with static electricity, making it easy for dust to adhere to it. If the insulator is fed as is to the insulator feeding device, the dust that has fallen and accumulated may make feeding unstable or impair product performance. In order to prevent this from deteriorating, a step is also required to clean and remove the adhering dust, which requires a large number of steps to manufacture the insulator as a whole, which has the drawback of increasing the cost of the product.

A characteristic configuration of the molding die according to the present invention, which has been made to achieve such an object, is that the pin-like member is divided into two parts at a position corresponding to the middle of the insertion hole, and these two divided pin parts are connected to the two metal parts. It is attached to each side of the mold, and the functions and effects of this characteristic configuration are as follows.

<Function> In other words, by dividing the pin-like member into two parts at a position corresponding to the middle of the insertion hole, the burr that is generated due to injection of force-melting resin into the cavity is formed in the middle part of the insertion hole. This makes it possible to avoid the occurrence of burrs protruding from the outer surface of the insulator.

<Effects> Therefore, the conventional process of polishing burrs after molding and cleaning and removing adhering dust is no longer necessary, and overall the manufacturing process of the insulator can be kept to a minimum and precision can be improved. It has now become possible to mold products with good quality at an advantageous manufacturing cost.

When molten rubber is injected into the cavity 5, a part of the molten rubber infiltrates between the opposing ends of the split pin portions 7A and 7B, forming a thin film barrier. Since the barrier is formed at the intermediate portion between the insertion holes 6, 6, even if part of the barrier is peeled off, it will not protrude to the outer surface of the insulator 4.
