Here, an induction coil has a core made of magnetic material,
It is made up of a coil made of conductive wire wound around it.It is also called a telephone coil, and allows listening to telephone calls by sensing the audio magnetic field generated in the telephone receiver. It is possible to listen to television sound by sensing the audio magnetic field generated in the loop within the loop made of conductive wires connected to each other.

Improving the gain of an induction coil is usually achieved by making the core made of magnetic material as large as possible or by increasing the number of turns in the coil. etc., the space inside the case is limited,
It has been desired to reconcile the conflicting demands of increasing gain and downsizing.

Next, a conventional example will be explained. FIG. 1 is a partially sectional side view of a behind-the-ear hearing aid. Case 1 constitutes the outer wall of a behind-the-ear hearing aid. 2 is a printed board, one surface 2a is provided with various circuit elements (not shown) constituting an amplifier circuit, etc., and the other surface 2b is provided with a linear induction coil 3. ing. Printed board 2 is case 1
The inside is divided into two large and small parts in the longitudinal direction, and a large space 1a
The circuit elements described above are arranged in the small space 1b, and the induction coil 3 is arranged in the small space 1b. This is due to the vertical dimension difference between the induction coil 3 and the circuit element. In this conventional example, a difference in gain occurs depending on how the hearing aid is attached to the ear of the hearing aid user. In other words, when wearing a hearing aid, it is good if the induction coil is located on the side of the telephone receiver, but conversely, when the induction coil is located on the user's side, that is, when the receiver is on the side of the circuit element. In this case, there is a considerable distance between the induction coil and the receiver, which reduces the sensitivity of the induction coil, resulting in a gain difference of about 10 dB compared to the opposite case.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment showing the conventional example. In this case, the induction coil 3 is provided so as to penetrate the printed board 2 so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the case 1. Therefore, since the induction coils are located near both sides of the case 1 at the same time, as explained in FIG. had to be small, and there was a problem in terms of gain.

As a solution to the above-mentioned problems, it is conceivable to use a U-shaped induction coil 13 as shown in FIG. That is, the induction coil 13 is provided along the longitudinal direction in a small space 11b inside the case 11, which is divided into two large and small spaces by the printed board 12, and the bent portions 13a and 13b at both ends penetrate the printed board 12 to form a large space. The bent portions 13a, 13 protrude into the space 11a.
The tip of b reaches the side wall of case 1. With this configuration, even if the hearing aid is small, the space inside the case can be utilized as effectively as possible.
That is, a relatively large induction coil can be used,
Sufficient gain can be ensured, and since induction coils are placed on both sides of the case at the same time, there is no difference in gain caused by how the hearing aid is worn. However, in manufacturing the induction coil, stress is applied to the core by bending it into a U-shaped core, causing Barkhausen noise, which causes discomfort to the user, which is a new drawback. Further, because of the complexity of the shape, skill is required in the winding work of the coil, and great care is required in handling.

The present invention corrects the drawbacks of the above-mentioned improvements and also provides a suitable induction coil that eliminates the problems of the prior art.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
In Fig. 4, reference numeral 21 denotes a case that constitutes the outer wall of the hearing aid. Reference numeral 22 denotes a printed circuit board. One surface 22a is provided with various circuit elements (not shown) that constitute an amplifier circuit, etc., and the other surface 22
The main core 23a of the induction coil 23 is disposed in the small space 21b. The printed circuit board 22 divides the inside of the case 21 into two spaces, large and small, in the longitudinal direction, with the electrical components described above disposed in the large space 21a and the main core 23a of the induction coil 23 disposed in the small space 21b. The main core 23a constituting the induction coil 23 is made of a magnetic material and has a coil winding portion 23b. Furthermore, the auxiliary cores 23 are disposed at both ends of the main core 23a.
The main core 23a and auxiliary core 23c are joined together, giving the induction coil 23 an overall U-shape. The joining of the main core 23a and auxiliary core 23c is performed within a hollow L-shaped holder 24 made of a material such as rubber or soft plastic. The material of the holder 24 is chosen in consideration of the shock-absorbing effect, and is not limited to these. It is not necessary for the main core 23a and auxiliary core 23c to be in contact with each other, as long as they are close to each other. The auxiliary core 23c stored in the holder 24
3 c passes through the printed circuit board 22 , protrudes into the large space 21 a within the case 1 , and reaches the case 21 .

Moreover, since the main core and the auxiliary core constituting the induction coil are formed separately into a U-shape, no stress is applied to the core, and therefore Barkhausen noise does not occur.

Furthermore, the inside of the hearing aid case is divided into a small space and a large space by a printed board, and the main core is placed in the small space, and the auxiliary core is placed in the large space, and the tip of the auxiliary core reaches the side wall of the case. . Therefore, the main core and the auxiliary core are located close to each other on both side walls of the hearing aid case, and no matter which side wall of the case the telephone is placed on, the telephone can be heard without causing a gain difference.
