Conventionally, when listening to sounds from a telephone using a hearing aid, the signal from the telephone is picked up and amplified using either a normal microphone for everyday conversations installed in the hearing aid or a telephone coil, and then the signal is transferred to the earphone. I was listening at.

However, when listening using a microphone for everyday conversation, it is difficult to hear the necessary signal sound from the telephone due to interference from surrounding noise. In addition, when listening using a telephone coil, in principle, the leakage flux from the telephone body or receiver is magnetically coupled to the telephone coil, so there is no interference from ambient noise, making this a preferable method. However, in recent years, with the development of telephone equipment, performance has improved and leakage flux has been reduced, and this telephone coil has become less sensitive and less practical.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention utilizes a close-talking microphone, which is a completely new means in this technical field, to listen to telephone calls with hearing aids, without using conventional microphones or telephone coils. It is intended to fulfill its functions.

The close-talking microphone 1 here is one in which sound holes communicating with each other are provided on both sides of a diaphragm as appropriate. For example, as shown in FIG. 3b
In addition, the sound hole 3 is formed inside the case 2.
A diaphragm (not shown) is provided in a direction perpendicular to the straight line connecting the sound hole 3b and the sound hole 3b. Therefore, the amplitude of the diaphragm, which is proportional to the magnitude of the output, is determined by the difference in sound pressure of the sound entering through the respective sound holes 3a and 3b. We will further discuss the performance aspects. Since the sound pressure difference between the front sound hole 3a and the rear sound hole 3b of the close-talking microphone 1 is large, the output of sound from a short distance is large. On the other hand, for sounds from a long distance, the sound pressure difference between the front sound hole 3a and the rear sound hole 3b becomes smaller, so the output becomes smaller. This tendency is more pronounced at lower frequencies. Therefore, the signal to noise ratio of a short distance signal sound to a long distance noise is improved.
Note that if the rear sound hole 3b is shielded, it is not affected by the distance from the sound source and can be used as a hearing aid microphone for everyday conversation.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a partial side sectional view of the behind-the-ear hearing aid. The close-talking microphone 1 is installed near a case front sound hole 12a provided in a hearing aid case 11. The case front sound hole 12a is a sound hole communicating with the front sound hole 3a of the close-talking microphone 1, and the case side sound hole 12b is a sound hole communicating with the rear sound hole 3 of the close-talking microphone 1.
Leads to b. There is a sound hole provided on the side of the hearing aid case 11. As shown in FIG. 3, the close-talking microphone 1 is protected and supported by a microphone suspension 13, and the microphone suspension 1
Both ends 13a and 13b of 3 are connected to the hearing aid case 11.
It is fitted and fixed in a recess 14 provided inside. Reference numeral 15 denotes a switch for switching the close-talking microphone 1 for listening to telephone calls or for everyday conversation; one end 15a protrudes outside the hearing aid case 1, and the other end 15b is fixed to the hearing aid case 1. As a result, the selector switch 15 performs a hinge action. As shown in Fig. 4, selector switch 15
A sound insulating body 16 made of rubber or the like is pasted to cover the rear sound hole 3b of the close-talking microphone 1. Figure 2 shows the rear sound hole 3 of the close-talking microphone 1.
This shows the case where b is closed and used for daily conversation.

As described above, the present invention employs a close-talking microphone in a hearing aid, so that when listening to a telephone call, the sound from the receiver, which is the target sound source, is brought close to the hearing aid, and ambient noise is removed from the connection inside the hearing aid. Since it is located far away from the speech microphone, it cancels out the noise, making it possible to listen to a telephone call with a hearing aid with good sensitivity without being interfered with by ambient noise.

Furthermore, by providing a sound insulating body that insulates the rear sound hole of the close-talking microphone from time to time, the close-talking microphone can be used not only for listening to telephone calls, but also for daily conversation, thereby achieving the effect of killing two birds with one stone.
