DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a telephone device. To be more specific,
By incorporating wireless devices into the phone itself connected to the telephone line and the mobile device connected to it, and connecting the two wirelessly, you can eliminate the telephone cord and use it anywhere within an area with sufficient electric field strength. Regarding a cordless phone type telephone device that can make calls using a mobile device, in particular, the mobile device is equipped with a rechargeable power source, the phone body is equipped with a charging device, and the mobile device is housed in the phone body to charge the power source. Therefore, a so-called cordless telephone device has been developed in which a mobile device with a built-in handset and a telephone main body are each equipped with wireless devices to connect the two wirelessly instead of using a telephone cord. In this case, the mobile device may also be equipped with a dialing or ringing function so that calls can be made simply by operating the mobile device through the telephone itself, or an intercom function may be provided between the telephone and the mobile device. I'm letting them do that. In any case, as long as the area has sufficient electric field strength, the caller can talk while freely moving around with the mobile device.

Since a mobile device is equipped with a wireless device, it is equipped with a DC power source, and the DC power source is often a rechargeable battery, that is, a secondary battery. This 2
Since the mobile device is stored in the phone body when the phone device is not in use, a charging device for the secondary battery is often provided in the phone body and configured so that it can be charged in the stored state.
Since the telephone device can be installed horizontally, such as on a tabletop, or vertically, such as by hanging on a wall, the mobile device must be able to be reliably stored and charged without coming off or shifting from the telephone body in either installation mode. It is also required that the storage operation is simple. In particular, when a mobile device is formed into a box shape for portability, the problem is how to create a structure that satisfies the above-mentioned storage conditions.

As is well known, ordinary telephones are mainly placed horizontally.
This is a type of phone in which a curved handset is placed on a switch at the top of the phone body. In this case, in order to securely place the handset on the switch, there are some cases in which a magnet and a collection plate are attached to the phone body and the handset, respectively. It is still unstable to secure a connection. Additionally, in order to enable vertical placement, some telephones are equipped with a hook on the main body that engages with the earpiece of the handset. Since this is a structure that only locks the handset in a vertical position, it is not suitable for the purpose of charging, and even if a magnet and a suction plate are used together, it is still unstable. on the other hand,
In handsets, we focused on the fact that the earpiece and mouthpiece are raised in the shape of a drum, and created a recess in the phone body into which the earpiece and mouthpiece could fit, and for example, provided a pair of electrodes around the outer circumference of the earpiece. A pair of rollers, which also serve as electrodes and come in contact with the previous electrode and lock the earpiece, are provided on the inner periphery of the recess on the main body side, and are biased by a spring. In this case, it can be said that the handset can be held securely and the electrical connection for charging is also reliable. However, because the transmitter and earpiece have a unique shape, the handset can only be attached from a certain direction, making operation cumbersome.

The above description relates to an ordinary handset type telephone, but no suitable structure can be found when the mobile terminal is box-shaped as described above. A box-shaped mobile device does not have an extreme protrusion like a handset, and is convenient for carrying in a pocket or the like, and is convenient for handling in the palm of the hand, so it is suitable as a mobile device for a cordless telephone device. From this point of view, it is desired to realize a storage structure for a box-shaped mobile device, especially a structure that allows vertical installation.

The charging plates 16, 16a are the electrode plates 6, 6 of the mobile device.
It is a flexible electrode plate that contacts a and is made of elastic metal. The charging plates 16, 16a have their contact parts (tips) protruding from side holes 10b, 10b of the case 10 provided at positions corresponding to the electrode plates 6, 6a of the mobile device, and their base ends are connected to the arm shaft 22. Fixed. This arm shaft 22 is rotatably supported by the case 10, and the arm spring 23 allows the contact portions of the charging plates 16, 16a to be connected to the side holes 10b, 10b.
It is biased in the direction of going back inside. Further, a charging arm 17 is fixed to this arm shaft 22, and the charging arm 17 is arranged so that a bent protrusion 17a at the tip thereof protrudes from the bottom hole 10c of the case 10.
Therefore, the elastic force of the arm spring 23 normally causes the contact portions of the charging plates 16, 16a to close to the side holes 10b, 1.

In this example, the lock protrusions 19 and 19a, which also serve as guides, have a triangular shape and protrude from the side edge of the recess 11 of the case 10 at a position corresponding to the edge 7 of the mobile device (see FIG. 5). This lock protrusion 19,
19a is in contact with one end surface of the mobile device in the stored state to prevent the mobile device from coming off, but when the mobile device is stored in the recess 11, the edge 7 is attached to the lock protrusions 19, 19a. , the mobile device is guided by the upper slope and moves away from the side edge of the recess 11. After passing over the mountain, the mobile device is guided by the lower slope and approaches the side edge, where it comes into contact with the lock protrusions 19, 19a. As a result, charging plates 16, 16 as described later.
It is possible to prevent the edge 7 from colliding with a.

The charging switch 18 is always connected between the charging board 16 or 16a and the charging device (DC power supply).
This is an OFF switch, and turns ON when it detects that the mobile device is stored. In this example, a leaf switch is used as the charging switch 18, and a knob 18b is provided at the tip of one leaf 18a which is a movable piece, and this knob 18b is made to protrude from the bottom hole 10d of the recess 11. Place the mobile device in the recess 11 of the case 10.
When the battery is stored in the battery, the knob 18b is pressed, the charging switch 18 is turned on, and a charging voltage appears between the charging plates 16 and 16a.

In the charging state, the mobile device is housed in the recess 11 of the phone body facing downward as shown in FIG.
The other end is pressed down by the lock arm 15. At this time, since the triangular peak 15a, which is the engaging portion of the lock arm 15, has entered the recess 8, the mobile device cannot be easily removed from the recess 11. Further, since the charging arm 17 is pushed down by the mobile device, the arm shaft 22 rotates and the charging plates 16, 16a are pressed against the electrode plates 6, 6a.
Contact is ensured by its own elasticity and the elasticity of the locking spring 21. In this state, the knob 18b of the charging switch 18 is also pushed down, so the switch is
Turns ON and charging current is supplied. In such a storage structure, the mobile device is secured by the engagement between the lock arm 15 biased by the lock spring 21 and the recess 8 of the case 1, and by the lock protrusions 19, 19a which also serve as guides.
Due to the contact between the casing 10 and one end surface of the case 10, the housing can be reliably maintained not only when placed horizontally but also when placed vertically.

There are two ways to store the mobile device: one is to store the mobile device from the lock recess 8 side, and the other is to store it from the electrode plates 6, 6a side, and both are easy operations. Further, in either case, the electrode plates 6, 6a are rubbed by the charging plates 16, 16a during storage, so that they have a self-cleaning effect.

FIG. 3 shows the former case, in which the lock arm 15
The peak 15a of the case 1 enters the recess 8 of the case 1 first. In this case, the edge 7 of the case 1 hits the upper slope of the lock protrusions 19, 19a, which also serves as a guide, but if this is pushed down, the mobile device will slide sideways while accumulating the lock spring 21 and cross the lock protrusions 19, 19a. ,
Next, it is pushed back by the elasticity of the lock spring 21 and is housed and held in a fixed position. When the mobile device is pushed down, the charging arm 17 is pushed down and the charging plates 16, 16a protrude.
Since the mobile device also slides sideways at the same time as the protruding part 16a, the edge 7 once moves in the direction of escaping from the charging plates 16, 16a, crosses the edge 7 without contact, and then connects the charging plates 16, 16a and the electrode plates 6, 6a. begin to come into contact with each other. Until the contact is completed, the charging plates 16, 16a
Since the electrode plates 6 and 6a are elastic members and have their base ends fixed to the arm shaft 22, the electrode plates 6 and 6a are connected to the charging plate 1.
6, 16a to clean the contact surface. In particular, if the charging plates 16, 16a are bent into the illustrated shape, the charging plates 16, 16a will easily escape along the contact surface, increasing the self-cleaning effect. At the same time, we will explain how to remove it by reversing this storage operation. That is, when the mobile device is lifted by the electrode plates 6, 6a, the edge 7 hits the lower slope of the lock protrusions 19, 19a which also serve as guides, so the mobile device slides sideways against the lock spring 21, and at the same time the charging arm 17 begins to be released, and the charging plates 16, 16a and the edge 7 can be pulled out without colliding with each other. After that, lock arm 15
The mobile device can be taken out by disengaging the ridge 15a from the recess 8 of the case 1. At this time, since the charging switch 18 is turned off, no current will flow even if there is a short circuit between the charging plates 16 and 16a.

On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows the latter case, in which one end of the case 1 contacts the lock protrusions 19, 19a which also serve as guides first. In this case, the lock protrusions 19, 19
a has no role as a guide. When the mobile device is pushed down near the top of the recess 8, the lower edge of the recess 8 hits the upper slope of the ridge 15a of the lock arm 15, so the lock arm 15 is moved against the lock spring 21, and when it passes over the ridge 15a. Lock spring 21
is pushed back and the peak 15a engages with the recess 8 to be housed and held in place. During this time, charging arm 17
is gradually pushed down, so the charging plates 16, 16a
protrudes, but the edge 7 does not act as an obstruction, and the charging plates 16, 16a begin to come into contact with the electrode plates 6, 6a while rubbing against them. This storage operation and the reverse procedure,
That is, if the mobile device in the stored state is lifted up on the side of the recess 8, the lower edge of the recess 8 will touch the peak 15a of the lock arm 15.
Because it hits the lower slope of the locking spring 2, the peak 15a
1 and comes out of the recess 8, and the engagement is released. After that, all you have to do is pull out the entire mobile device.
Since the pressing of the charging arm 17 gradually stops and the charging plates 16, 16a return, there is no interference with the edge 7.
If the mobile device is placed flat in the recess 11 and pushed down in a parallel movement, it will be housed in a state intermediate between FIGS. 3 and 4. The present invention has been described in detail using one embodiment. According to the telephone device of the present invention, the mobile device can be reliably stored and held even when the telephone main body is installed horizontally or vertically. Charging can be done stably. In addition, the storage operation of the mobile device is extremely simple because you can press any part. Furthermore, charging can be performed at the same time as storage, but since the charging plate is an elastic member, both the electrode plate and all contact points are self-cleaning. In this way, the present invention is extremely useful. It should be noted here that the shape of the engaging part at the tip of the lock arm that engages with the locking recess of the mobile device is not only the triangular cross section shown, but also semicircular, semielliptical, or with one slope of the mountain flat. In addition, the slope may have any shape such as a convex curve, and the tip of the engaging portion may also have any shape such as rounded, flat, or acute angle. Any shape is sufficient as long as it can engage with the recess. Furthermore, the lock protrusion that also serves as a guide is not limited to the triangular cross-section shown in the figure, but may have any shape, such as a semicircle, a semiellipse, or a combination of a flat and convex curved surface, similar to the shape of the engaging portion at the tip of the lock arm. It's nice and the tip is round,
It may be flat or have an acute angle, as long as it can serve as a guide and engage with the edge of the case of the mobile device.
