Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide secondary battery assembly and battery housing device with which use of an apparatus, which operates usually with a secondary battery assembly, is made practicable, by accommodating a dry cell directly in the battery housing part even in a case the apparatus runs out of battery. CONSTITUTION:A battery housing part is configured so that a primary battery (dry cell) can be accommodated directly. For the purpose, the minus terminals of the primary battery are laid in line, and each is equipped with a resilient terminal. The plus terminals of the primary battery are laid in line, each of which is equipped with a non-resilient terminal. A secondary battery is formed larger than the size of the laid primary batteries, and a curving configuration is provided in the primary battery housing part. The contour of the secondary set battery is such that one end lies on the minus terminal extension line of the primary battery and the other end lies in a position greater/smaller than the plus terminal extension line of the primary battery, and therein terminals of the batteries are provided separately from the terminals of the primary battery.
