図において、１は回転軸、３は磁気ドラム、４
は磁気抵抗効果素子、１３は回路部品、１４は保
護カバー、１６はケース、１７は樹脂部、１７ａ
は連結部である。なお、各図中同一符号は相当部
分を示す。
