By the way, the best anti-slip treatment on the back side of this type of pine is to join an unwashed rubber sheet to carpet material with piles planted on the surface using a well-known method, and then pressurize the sheet. It is said that

At present, methods of vulcanizing this uncured rubber sheet include direct vulcanization, hot air vulcanization, press vulcanization, and vulcanization methods considered as variations of these vulcanizations. These hot water methods have advantages and disadvantages,
Because the product material is not rubber alone, but a combination with carpet material that is sensitive to heat and compresses and deforms under pressure, one of the parts must be sacrificed to an incomplete state during vulcanization molding. A face appears.

That is, the rubber part of this type of pine must be molded to be anti-slip compared to the floor-laying part, and the frame board part must have delicate grains and other patterns drawn on its surface for decoration. For this purpose, it is necessary to perform pressure, heat molding and vulcanization using a mold.

On the other hand, due to the nature of carpet materials, going through processes such as heating and pressurization causes them to be compressed and deformed, and as a product, it has contradictory properties as its vitality is its plump nature and texture.

This invention was conceived to solve these problems, and its gist is to apply the same method of pressurizing, heating, molding, and vulcanizing a single piece of rubber using press pressure from a mold. A sealed space, that is, a pressurized chamber, is formed between the carpet material and the corresponding mold surface, so that even when the mold is closed, the mold does not come into direct contact with the carpet material. Then, high-pressure air is supplied to the pressurized chamber from the outside to pressurize it, expand it with the heat of the mold, and use that force to press only the rubber material bonded to the back of the carpet material to the mold surface that it contacts. It is designed to perform vulcanization.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a mat main body, which is made by forming an anti-slip layer 4 of a vulcanized rubber sheet on the surface of a carpet material 3 on which piles 2 are planted. Reference numeral 5 denotes a frame plate formed around the periphery of the mat body 1, which is usually made of the same material as the anti-slip layer 4 and is integrated with the mat body 1.

In this invention, an unvulcanized rubber sheet is bonded to the carpet material 3, and this is bonded to the carpet material 3.
In response to this, the mold is sealed in a pressurized chamber 7 formed in the mold 6 so as not to contact the mold surface, and high-pressure air is supplied to the pressurized chamber 7 from the outside for a predetermined period of time for pressurized and heated molding. During vulcanization, the air in the pressurizing chamber 7 expands due to heating, and the carpet material 3 is heated under this air pressure.
The base fabric is pressed by the softened rubber material, and the rubber material permeates even the narrowest parts of the base fabric, thereby strengthening and increasing the bond between the two. In addition, the rubber material is pressed directly against the mold surface when the mold 6 is closed, and vulcanization is performed by pressurizing and heating molding, so the vulcanization has uniform physical properties throughout, and the carpet material 3 has the best initial appearance. The result is a product that retains its properties.

As explained above, according to the present invention, only the rubber material forming the anti-slip layer bonded to the carpet material is subjected to strong pressure without causing any change in the properties of the carpet material, which relies on plump properties and texture. Vulcanization produces vulcanized rubber with high physical properties, and the carved pattern created in the mold is drawn on the rubber surface, and the rubber material penetrates even into the narrowest parts of the carpet material base fabric, creating a bond between the two. This makes it possible to widely provide carpet products that are strongly bonded to a rubber sheet that maintains the originally desired carpet surface properties and texture and has high physical properties. Furthermore, since the manufacturing method of this invention enables integral molding of a combination of rubber material and other materials that can be deformed by pressure and heat, its application is not limited to only pine products such as household goods, building materials, and decorative items. It has great effects such as a wide range.
