Claims (1)
- 基準となる位置に固定される筒体と、該筒体に
対して出入自在で先端部が測定対象物に当接する
スピンドルを備えた接触式変位検出器において、
前記スピンドルの先端部にボールを回転自在に組
み込むとともに、スピンドルを覆うように該スピ
ンドルと筒体との間に伸縮自在のカバーを取り付
けたことを特徴とする接触式変位検出器。
