Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)草刈り装置の移動方向に対して横行する方向に延在
する一面に一列に配設され、それぞれ、その移動方向に
対する少くとも最先端縁部に刃部を有する多数の歯を設
け、各歯は、円弧状に形成した自由端を有する構成とし
た、少くとも2枚の固定板と、該円弧の方向に延在し、
関連する固定板の上記刃部と切削可能に協働し得る刃部
を設けた少くとも一つのナイフ部材を保持する様に各固
定板に付加され、上記円弧の中心の回りで回転駆動可能
としたキャリア部材と、特定又は各ナイフ部材と関連固
定板とを所定の圧力で互に押接する加圧手段とを設けた
草刈り装置であって、各キャリア部材に最大3本の一群
のナイフ部材を支持せしめ、各ナイフ部材を実質的に刃
部の面に延在する丁番線を中心として丁番線運動可能に
取り付けたことを特徴とする草刈り装置。 2)特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の草刈り装置であって
、丁番線を、ナイフ部材の刃部の長さの少くとも2倍の
長さに相当する距離だけナイフ部材の自由端から離間し
て位置せしめたことを特徴とする草刈り装置。 3)特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の草刈り装置であって
、ナイフ部材側より見た丁番線を、キャリア部材の中心
の反対側に位置せしめたことを特徴とする草刈り装置。 4)特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の草刈り装置であって
、一つのナイフ部材の丁番線を、グループ中の他のナイ
フ部材、又は、他の二つのナイフ部材により決定したこ
とを特徴とする草刈り装置。 5)特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれかに記載
の草刈り装置であって、前記加圧手段を調節自在とした
ことを特許とする草刈り装置。 6)特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項のいずれかに記載
の草刈り装置であって、キャリア部材の回転駆動中、協
働するナイフ部材の刃部と歯は、常に外方へ移動する構
成としたことを特徴とする草刈り装置。 7)特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項のいずれかに記載
の草刈り装置であって、隣接するナイフ部材の径路が、
部分的に、かつ、実質的な程度に重複し、該ナイフ部材
は、毎分同一回転数で回転し、重複部位においても互に
接解しない様な位相差を示す構成としたことを特徴とす
る草刈り装置。 8)特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第7項のいずれかに記載
の草刈り装置であって、歯の刃部を関連する固定板の主
要板に対して実質的に垂直に延在せしめる構成としたこ
とを特徴とする草刈り装置。 9)特許請求の範囲第8項に記載の草刈り装置であって
、固定板を合成樹脂で形成したことを特徴とする草刈り
装置。 10)特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第9項のいずれかに記
載の草刈り装置であって、各キャリア部材を、その関連
固定板に向けた側に、固定板からゴミや他の堆積物をか
き取る為に弾力性のスクレープ部材を設けた円板部材で
形成し、該スクレープ部材を固定板の歯の刃部迄延在せ
しめたことを特徴とする草刈り装置。
