に沿って刃4がリング5を介してボルト6を軸にして回
転自在に取付けられ、かつ、刃4は回転円盤体2、3の
周側縁より突出あるいは後退するように3枚取付けてあ
る。なお刃4は3枚に限定されることなく、4枚その
