Abstract

PURPOSE:To arrange the shielding member, to be used for shielding of the edge part of a yoke core, in such a manner that it is easily positioned along the edge part of the yoke core by a method wherein an insulative filler is provided around a metal supporting rod until the desired curvature is obtained, an electrode is provided on the surface of the filler and it is used as the shielding member, and the shielding member is provided on the edge part of the yoke core. CONSTITUTION:A supporting rod 11 is formed with a metal round bar and it is used as a shielding member 6, and after it has been formed by processing into circular arc shape so that the shielding member can be positioned along the edge part 3A of the yoke core 3 to be shielded, an insulative filler 12 is provided around the shielding member 6, and then an electrode 13 is formed on the surface of the filler 12. A tape consisting of the insulating material such as paper, resin and the like, for example, is wound successively around the filler 12. The curvature with which the objective electric field can be sufficiently alleviated is obtained using said filler 12. The electrode 13 to be provided on the surface of the filler 12 is constituted by winding a carbon tape, an aluminum foil, an aluminum crepe tape and the like.

However, for the purpose of alleviating the electric field between the lead wire 5 and the yoke core 3, the edge portion 3A of the yoke core 3 may be shielded with a shield member 6 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Usually, this type of shield member 6 is constructed by using a round bar 7 made of metal as shown in FIG. 4, and the surface of the bar 7 is insulated by wrapping it with an insulating tape or the like. 8 is its insulating material. Note that such an insulating material 8 may not be used.

By the way, as mentioned above, this type of shield member 6 needs to be installed along the arc-shaped edge portion 3A of the yoke core 3. It is extremely difficult to process and deform it.

Moreover, in the case of a high-voltage type shield member 6, if a shield member 6 with a large diameter is required to increase the size of the horizontal wheel, the machining thereof becomes even more difficult and requires more effort. Therefore, it is extremely troublesome to install this type of shield member 6 reliably along the edge portion 3A.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a metal round bar is used as a support bar 11 as a shield member 6 as a shield member 6, and this is processed and formed into an arc shape along the edge portion 3A of the yoke core 3 to be shielded. , an insulating padding 12 is installed around it, and an electrode 13 is further provided on its surface.

The stuffing 12 is preferably made of, for example, a tape made of paper, resin, or other insulating material, which is wound in sequence. And with this stuffing 12, the desired amount.

In other words, the ratio is set to be sufficient to sufficiently relax the target electric field. Further, the electrode 13 provided on the surface of the stuffing 12 is constructed by winding carbon tape, aluminum foil, aluminum crepe tape, or the like. If necessary, an insulating material 8 is provided on the surface of the electrode 13.

Since the shield member 6 as described above obtains its curvature mainly by the padding 12, the processing required to obtain the shield member with the desired curvature is extremely simple. Even if the final curvature of the support rod 11 is large, the support rod 11 may have a small diameter, so it is best to process the support rod 11 into an arc shape along the edge portion 3A of the yoke core 3 with the same curvature. This is extremely simple compared to the conventional processing of the round bar 7 used to obtain.

(Effects of the Invention) As detailed above, according to the present invention, even when the shield member has a large curvature, it is possible to process the arc shape very easily as a shield member used to shield the yoke core from the lead wire from the carp. Since a simple material is used, this type of shield member can be reliably aligned with the yoke core.
