るためのU溝8を備えている。 In window frames, etc., the connecting stile of the sash vertical stile is not supported by the window frame, so it is the weakest point in terms of strength. Therefore, in order to prevent deflection due to wind pressure,
On the indoor side of the stile, reinforcement is integrally formed in the vertical direction and also serves as a handle. However, since the reinforcing part protrudes beyond the window frame toward the inside of the room, condensed water that forms on its surface drips and stains the indoor surface. For this reason, conventionally, a condensation receiver 1 having a cross section as shown in FIG. 1 was attached to the angled surface 2 of the lower frame 4 with a plurality of screws 3 to prevent water from flowing into the room. However, there is a drawback that the screws 3 become loosened when an external force is applied to the step-like extension 1'' on the indoor side of the condensation catcher 1.The applicant has solved the above-mentioned drawbacks, and created a dew condensation device that is easy to install on-site and has sufficient watertight performance. The condensation receiver 1 of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The condensation receiver 1 of the present invention is mounted on the angle surface 2 shown in the figure as in the conventional case. The frame, 5 is a vertical frame, and 6 is a strength part of the sash joint stile.Figure 3 is an explanatory view of the present invention, and is a side sectional view of the angle surface 2 of the lower frame. The side of arrow B is referred to as the back side. The condensation pan 1 is an extruded shape made of aluminum alloy and is shown attached to the lower frame. The condensation pan 1
The upper surface consists of a condensation receiving surface 1' which is abutted and connected to the angle surface 2 of the lower frame 4 located on the indoor side, and a step-like extension part 1'' extending continuously to the indoor side,
Prevents condensed water from flowing into the room. A plurality of countersunk holes 7 are opened at a constant pitch in the longitudinal direction on the condensation receiving surface 1'. Further, a U-groove 8 for fitting a tight material 8' is provided on the lower surface of the outdoor side edge of the condensation catcher.

A V-groove 12 is formed in the longitudinal direction approximately at the center of the surface of the horizontal piece 11, and its position corresponds to just below the countersunk aperture hole 7 provided in the condensation receiving surface 1''.

固定するものである。 To explain how to install the condensation tray of the present invention as explained above, first, fit the tight material 8' into the U groove 8, insert the condensation tray 1 from the indoor side into the lower frame angle surface 2 as shown by the arrow in Fig. 3B, and then Drill a screw hole through the hole 7 in the lower frame angle surface 2 and the V groove 12 of the condensation catcher,
Hold the condensation pan against the angle surface 2 of the lower frame and tighten the machine screw 1.
I'm going to hit 3. When the machine screw hits the screw hole of the V-groove 12 and cuts the thread, a force that pushes the condensation receiving surface 1' downward acts, and the tight material 8' is well crimped to the lower frame angle surface 2. Then, when the machine screw is driven in, dew condenses. This is to fix the receiver.

ることが出来た。 According to the present proposal, the front hanging piece 10 is attached to the lower frame upright wall 4'.
Since it comes into contact with the object, positioning is automatic and accurate. Since a V-groove is provided in the horizontal piece of the condensation receiving and locking part, the positioning of the drill is easy and accurate, and the drilling is done at the same time as the drilling of the angle surface, so there is no additional process. In addition, the condensation catcher is a screw hole provided on the angle surface,
Since it is screwed into the screw hole provided in the horizontal piece, the screwing effect is improved even if the plate thickness of the bottom frame angle surface is thin, and structurally, the locking part 9 just plays the role of a stay on the condensation receiving surface. The watertight performance was improved without creating gaps due to slack in the condensation catcher, and on-site work was also improved.
