[Used on panel surfaces such as 707 parts of the body.] In general, asphalt sheets like this are sent to car body painters after the sheet metal process has been completed, and are divided and placed on the corresponding parts of the body that have undergone the undercoating process such as electrocoating.
It is fused to the body by heat in a hot air oven in the next step, such as a medium or top coating baking oven.

However, as the thickness increases, the drop due to heat is insufficient, and it becomes less compatible with the floorboard, so it is not always possible to achieve the desired vibration and soundproofing effects. Also, as the area increases, the hairsford inside the body after the sheet metal process is finished. This makes it difficult to transport the sheets. Therefore, in order to improve thermal adhesion even if the asphalt sheet is thick, the amount of process oil or plasticizer that is a component of the asphalt sheet is increased to make the asphalt sheet flexible, and it is easy to transport the asphalt sheet without completing the ceiling installation. Asphalt sheets are attached during the sheet metal process.

At the same time, components such as process oil or plastic particles are extracted from the sheet surface and dispersed, suspended, or mixed into the electrodeposition paint. As a result, defects such as repellents, dents, and pinholes may occur on the electrodeposited surfaces of the inner and outer panels of the vehicle body.

The structure of the first invention that meets this objective is that: A7.7 When adhering the Alto sheet to the panel surface of the vehicle body, at least the asphalt sheet from the top surface to the bottom periphery is covered with a flexible synthetic resin sheet. The asphalt sheet is applied to the panel surface of the vehicle body during the sheet metal process, and then the vehicle body after the sheet metal process is put into the painting process, and the synthetic resin sheet is melted during the baking process after the electrodeposition coating. The key is to fuse the asphalt sheet to the panel surface.

The gist is to attach the sheet to the panel surface of the vehicle body during the sheet metal process, and then heat it before the painting process to melt the synthetic resin sheet and FA-bond the asphalt sheet to the panel surface of the vehicle body. .

This coating prevents process oil and plasticizer from being dispersed or mixed into the electrodeposition paint during the coating process, and there is no risk of adversely affecting the coating.

By increasing the amount of 2-shavings, it is possible to use an asphalt sheet that is highly flexible despite its thickness and large area. Furthermore, the process is simplified because the synthetic υ (fat sheet) can be fused using the heat during the baking process in the painting process without any special heat treatment.

In this painting process, as shown in FIG. 3, the following treatments are sequentially performed: stripping, water washing, surface conditioning, chemical conversion, water washing, electrodeposition coating, water washing, and baking. The polyethylene sheet 2 and the asphalt sheet 1 are melted by the heat of a hot air oven during a baking process to heat and harden the paint applied by electrodeposition, and the asphalt sheet 1 is fused to the automobile body 3. Since the surface of the asphalt sheet 1 was covered and sealed with the polyethylene sheet 2, the process oil and plastic particles extracted from the asphalt sheet surface during the painting process were dispersed and mixed into the electrodeposition paint during the electrodeposition coating process. It can prevent gnawing. Therefore, there were no defects such as peeling on the general surface of the body, and the painted surface was well finished.

A general-purpose polypropylene sheet 4 with excellent alkali resistance wraps the area from the upper surface to the lower peripheral edge.
After being attached to the corresponding part 3 of the vehicle body in a sheet metal process, the asphalt sheet 1 and the polypropylene sheet 4 were melted and fused to the vehicle body 3 by heating using means such as high-frequency induction heating. After that, the vehicle body is put into the painting process shown in FIG. Even if the asphalt sheet 1 is fused to the body 3 before the painting process as in this embodiment, the process oil and plasticizer will be dispersed during the painting process and have an adverse effect on the painted surface, as in the first embodiment. That never happened.

装面を汚すことがない。(Effects of the Invention) According to the first invention, the asphalt sheet is wrapped in a flexible synthetic U (oil sheet) in advance, and this is applied in the sheet metal process, so it is possible to use process oil! Even if the sheet is made flexible, there is no risk of process oil or plasticizers being dispersed, suspended, or mixed into the electrocoated paint during the painting process. Therefore, the finish of the painted surface is good, and thick, large-area asphalt sheets can be used in vehicles. It can be spread over the body to significantly enhance vibration and soundproofing effects. Also, since the heat from the baking process in the painting process is used to fuse the process, the process can be simplified and costs can be reduced. In order to improve workability, a mold release agent such as talc was applied to the asphalt sheet, but according to the present invention, since the asphalt sheet is wrapped in a synthetic CI resin, there is no need for a mold release agent, which reduces the work cost and ambient air. Along with the improvement, mold release agent particles do not adhere to the painted surface of the body and stain the painted surface.
