Through the controller and driver of this device,
The Y table is operated, the mark on the slit plate directly connected to it is moved to a predetermined location, the light from the projector that passes through this mark is focused on the substrate, and the spot is formed at that location within a predetermined error. This allows workers to instantly recognize the location and perform repair work easily.

is a board on which a board is placed and repair work is performed; the light projected from the projector 2 passes through the slit board 3, and the mark on the slit board is projected onto the board surface. Reference numeral 4 is a supporting metal fitting that connects the thrust to the X-Y table 5, and the slit plate is interlocked with the X-Y table. The X-Y table, projector, etc. are fixed to rack A of 6. Shelf A
can be rotated by a predetermined angle about the pin 7 with respect to the rack B 9.
