Abstract

PURPOSE:To install a supply stand of a wire to a usual floor surface so that height of a swift is scarcely varied in its horizontal or vertical attitude, by constituting the supply stand so that a tilting body is driven forward and backward along a horizontal rail and a rear-up rail. CONSTITUTION:At the time of tilting a swift 29 to a horizontal attitude, a driving chain wheel 9b is rotated in the direction as indicated with an arrow A by starting a motor 14, and a front wheel shaft 21 which has been fixed to a tilting frame body 18 is moved backward through a chain 27b. By this movement, a front wheel 22b moves backward straightly by using a vertical member 3b as a rail, but since a rear wheel 25b of the tilting frame body 18 moves upward along a rear-up rail 15b, the tilting frame body 18 becomes a rear-up inclination, and in the end, it is tilted until an attitude of the swift 29 becomes horizontal. In this regard, in the case of returning the switch 29 which has held the horizontal attitude, to the vertical attitude, it can be executed by reversing the motor 14 and moving forward the front wheel shaft 21 through the chain 27b.

When producing various kinds of polished copper elongated products by drawing wire rods wound into coils, such as steel rods (bar-in-coils), various supply stands are used as feeding devices to supply the wire rods to the drawing equipment. It is used. An example of this is a one-wire supply stand disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 51-28564.

The wire supply stand is equipped with a support shaft that is mounted on the base at an angle of about 45 inches from the horizontal plane and rotated by a drive mechanism, and two swifts that are mounted on the support shaft via arms. The device is constructed so that one of the two swifts is vertical and the other is horizontal, and the coil loaded in one of the vertical swifts is unwound to create a wire drawing machine. While the wire is being supplied to the other horizontal Swift, the other horizontal Swift is supplied with a spare coil from a coil hanger, etc., and when the drawing process of the coil of the vertical Swift is completed, the spindle is rotated to draw the coil that has been horizontal and vertical until then. The two swifts were alternated horizontally and vertically, respectively, and new coils loaded in the vertical swifts were supplied to the wire drawing equipment until the coils ran out.

Although there is an advantage that the Swift can be used while alternating its posture, the Swift in the vertical position is supported from below by an arm, and the arm is rotated at 45 degrees to the horizontal plane.
The structure is such that the support shaft is mounted on a support shaft arranged at an inclination angle of This has the disadvantage that if the Swift is to be set to match the wire intake requirements of the drawing device, the lower surface of the base must be installed at a position lower than the floor level.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and it is possible to maintain the Swift axis in either a vertical or horizontal position by tilting the Swift placed on the base, and also to reduce the height of the Swift from the base in the vertical position. The purpose is to provide a wire rod supply stand that can keep the price extremely low.

In order to solve the above problems, the supply stand of the present invention has a structure in which a front wheel and a rear wheel are provided on both sides of the front end and rear end of the frame body, and a swift is provided in the center of the rear end erected upward. a tilting body; a horizontal rail that engages with the front wheel and causes the front wheel to run horizontally; a rear uphill rail that engages with the rear wheel and causes the rear wheel to run rearward; and a drive means for driving back and forth along the rear upward rail.

With the above configuration, when the tilting body is moved rearward by the driving means, the front wheels move horizontally backward along the horizontal rail, but the rear wheels move upward and rearward along the rear upward rail. For this reason, the tilting body tilts rearward and upward as the backward movement progresses, so the Swift gradually tilts to a horizontal position. In this state, filling is loaded into the Swift, and the tilting body is moved in the opposite manner to the above, so that the Swift returns to a vertical position. At this time, as the rear wheels move backward, they close in a high position, and as they move forward, they close in a low position, so the height of the Swift hardly changes horizontally or vertically, so the wire supply stand can be placed on a normal floor surface. Can be installed.

As mentioned above, the wire drawing supply stand can tilt the Swift 29 and maintain its posture either vertically or horizontally, so when loading coils from a coil hanger, etc., the Swift 29 can be held horizontally and the supply work can be carried out. Since the swift 29 is held vertically when feeding the wire to the drawing device, it is easy to load the coil into the swift 29, and the wire can be reliably fed to the drawing device. In addition, when loading a coil from a coil hanger or the like while keeping the swift 29 horizontal, it is desirable to arrange the notch 39 of the upper flange 31 upward. This makes it easy to pull out the hanging device, such as the wire lobe, after supplying the coil.

In addition, in the embodiment described above, if a stopper is provided at an appropriate position to prevent the front wheel axle 21 from moving further in an incorrect direction when the Swift 29 is in a horizontal or vertical position, the braking device may not necessarily be necessary. It's not a thing.

As explained above, in the wire rod supply stand according to the present invention, when the tilting body is moved rearward by the driving means, the front wheels move horizontally backward along the horizontal rail, but the rear wheels move along the rear upward rail. As the tilting body moves backward, the tilting body tilts backward and upward, so the Swift gradually tilts and assumes a horizontal position.By moving the tilting body forward in the opposite direction, the Swift returns to a vertical position. Because the rear wheels of the tilting body move backwards or move backwards, they close in a high position, and as they move forward or move forwards, they close down in a low position, so the height of the Swift hardly changes between horizontal and vertical positions. This has the excellent effect of allowing the wire supply stand to be installed on a normal floor surface.
