Abstract

PURPOSE:To completely automatic engraving by loading an unexposed plate material by a necessary number of sheets on a prescribed supporting base, and also, loading a film negative having a printing image by a necessary number of sheets on a prescribed supply pan in accordance with a printing sequence. CONSTITUTION:A plate material supporting base 1 on which an unexposed plate material P has been loaded by a necessary number of sheets is always held in the necessary height. A plate material sucking body 2 provided with a sucker 200 is driven by an air cylinder 201 and descends onto the plate material supporting base 1, sucks the uppermost plate material P, driven by the air cylinder 201 again and reset to a prescribed position. Subsequently, a plate material holder 3 which has waited at a prescribed position of an exposing part B is driven by an air cylinder 300 and goes in under the plate material sucking body 2, in which the sucking by the sucker 200 is released and the plate material P is migrated onto the plate material holder 3, always positioned at a prescribed position on the plate material holder 3 by a means 301 for bringing the plate material close to the necessary direction and a means for receiving it, which have been provided in two directions, and subsequently, the holder 3 is reset to the exposing part B by driving of the air cylinder 300.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] 3. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention relates to the proposal of an automatic plate making device that is most suitable for newspaper printing. At the same time, if the required number of film masters with images for printing are loaded in the specified supply tray according to the printing order, the unexposed plate material is transferred to the plate material by automatic and continuous operation. The film master is suctioned and held by the holder and driven to the exposure section, and the film master which is suctioned and held by the master holder is driven and placed on a predetermined surface of the plate material, where the two are brought into close vacuum contact and exposed to light. Then, the film master is placed on a predetermined surface of the plate material and the two are brought into close contact with each other as many times as necessary, and when the exposure is completed, the film master in the exposed area is discharged out of the system, and the plate material in the exposed area is The plate material is transferred to an automatic developing machine, subjected to the necessary development processing, and placed in the plate material accumulation section.If necessary, the transfer of the plate material to the automatic developing machine is blocked, and the plate material is placed in front of the automatic developing machine. The unit operation of transferring the plate material to the Vi accumulating section is repeated a necessary number of times (until all the film originals loaded on the supply tray are driven and arranged in the exposure section). This paper relates to a proposal for an automatic plate making device.

Note that the illustration is omitted because it is naturally possible to design the original film, but in the above, the film original supply tray (7) is used to take the film original supply tray (7) into and out of the lamp house (6). This can be achieved by movably supporting the supply tray (7) with an id frame and reciprocating the supply tray (7) with an air cylinder.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, with respect to the film original plate and plate material, which are printing materials, the film original plate is supplied in advance to the film original plate supply tray and the plate material to the plate material support base in accordance with the printing order. If this is done, the rest will be completely automatic, from supplying printing materials sheet by sheet to the exposure section, through exposure and printing, to development processing, and, if necessary, transporting plate materials to the temporary storage section. Therefore, it is particularly suitable as a plate-making device for newspaper printing, which requires urgent work.

[Claims] A plate material support base capable of stacking unexposed plates is provided, and the top of the stacked plates is positioned at a predetermined height by holding the plate material support base at a required height. a plate support means configured to restrict the plate material support; and a plate suction means disposed above the plate support table for sucking the plates stacked on the plate support table one by one from above. , is connected to the reciprocating drive means so as to extend from the exposure section predetermined position to a position directly below the plate material suction means, receive the plate material from the plate material suction means there, and return to the exposure section predetermined position again; a plate material holder comprising means for regulating the position of a plate material and a vacuum suction means; a plate for supplying and discharging a film original plate extending directly below the original plate holder and connected to a reciprocating drive means so that the exposed film original plate can be received from the original plate holder and returned to the original position; The reciprocating drive means is arranged above the plate material holder, and allows the film original plate placed directly below to be lowered onto the supply/discharge tray and onto the plate material holder, and returned to its original position. An original plate holder is connected to a reciprocating drive means so as to be able to move a predetermined distance in a direction and return to its original position, and is equipped with a vacuum suction means for a film original plate, and a film original plate and a plate material arranged facing each other. a lamp for exposing the film original plate and plate material that have been brought into close contact with each other as described above; a means for lifting one end of the exposed plate material by a minute width; means for transferring the plate material to the next process (developing process or plate material temporary accumulation section), comprising a plate material feeding claw pressed against the end portion, which is connected to a reciprocating drive means to enable return of the plate material; and a conveying means which connects the exposure section and the automatic developing machine, and receives the exposed plate material from the delivering means and delivers it to the automatic developing machine, and stops the function of the conveying means disposed above. a temporary plate accumulating section comprising a means for leaning and supporting the plate material; an automatic developing machine disposed to receive the exposed plate material from the conveying means; An automatic plate-making device comprising: a plate material accumulation section that is held upright;
