In a futon in which feathers are filled between the outer material and the lining, it is necessary to prevent the feathers from shifting to one side. For such a futon, a partition cloth is provided between the outer material and the lining material, and the partition cloth is sewn alternately to the outer material and the lining material to form a wavy shape, so that the futon is separated in parallel along one direction. A plurality of accommodating portions are formed. There is also a device that prevents the feathers from being lopsided by filling each housing portion with feathers. However, with such a futon, although the feathers are prevented from moving between the storage sections, they move freely within the storage sections, so it is not possible to satisfactorily prevent the feathers from shifting. Therefore, it is conceivable to separate each accommodating part at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the accommodating part to prevent the feathers from being lopsided even in one accommodating part. but,
If one housing section is further divided into smaller sections, not only will it take more time to fill it with feathers, but the task of separating the sections will become more complicated.

This invention was developed based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the feathers from shifting in the storage area without making it difficult to fill the feathers or complicating the manufacturing process. Our goal is to provide duvets that are made to last.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 in the figure is a futon. This futon 1 has a partition cloth 4 provided between a down-proofed outer fabric 2 and a lining 3. This partition cloth 4 is sewn alternately to the outer fabric 2 and the lining 3 at predetermined intervals in the width direction, and is provided in a wavy shape.
A plurality of housing portions 5 are provided along the longitudinal direction between the lining 3 and the lining 3.
are formed parallel to each other. Each housing portion 5 is separated in its longitudinal direction by a plurality of regulating cloths 6 at predetermined intervals. This regulating cloth 6 is formed into a semicircular shape larger than the cross-sectional shape when the accommodation section 5 is inflated with air pressure, and one end of the regulating cloth 6 is sewn to the partitioning cloth 4.
The other end is the free end. In other words, the regulating cloth 6 is sewn to the partition cloth 4 in advance, and by sewing the partition cloth 4 to the outer material 2 and the lining material 3, the entire cross section of the storage section 5 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is restricted. They will be separated by cloth 6.

Down feathers F are placed in each storage section 5 of the futon 1 having such a structure.
To fill the feathers F, a pipe (not shown) is inserted into the housing part 5 from one open longitudinal end of the housing part 5, and the feathers F are pumped together with high-pressure air. At this time,
Since the regulating cloth 6 has only one end sewn to the partitioning cloth 4 and the other end is a free end, the free end is bent by wind pressure. Therefore, the accommodation portion 5 can be filled with feathers F over the entire length regardless of the regulating cloth 6. And storage section 5
As the entire length of the accommodating section 5 is filled with feathers F, the accommodating section 5 expands due to air pressure.
The entire cross section in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tube is closed and separated. Therefore, the feathers F accommodated in the accommodating section 5 are

As described above, this invention forms a plurality of accommodating parts separated in parallel by partition cloth between the outer material and the lining, and the partitions are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of each accommodating part. A plurality of regulating cloths, one end of which was sewn to the cloth and the other end of which was a free end, were provided so as to close the entire cross section in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the storage portion. Therefore, since the storage portions are separated by the regulating cloth, the feathers are less likely to be lopsided in the storage portions. Further, since one end of the regulating cloth is sewn to the partitioning cloth and the other end is a free end, there is no restriction on the filling operation when filling the accommodation portion with feathers. Furthermore, since the regulating cloth only needs to be sewn to the partitioning cloth in advance, the production of the futon is easier than in the case where the regulating cloth has to be sewn not only to the partitioning cloth but also to the outer fabric and the lining.
