Generally, futons are made by sewing an outer material (a) and a lining (b) into a bag shape, as shown in Figs.
A heat insulating material d, such as cotton or feathers, is accommodated in the accommodating portion c. In addition, since the heat insulating material d shifts and shifts in the housing part c, in order to prevent this, the outer material a and the lining material b are sewn together in the longitudinal direction at regular intervals in the width direction. c is divided into multiple parts. However, as is clear from FIG. 2, in the conventional futon, the outer material a and the lining material b are directly sewn together. Therefore, the outer material a of the suture point e
Since there is no heat insulating material d between and the lining b, the heat retaining property of this area d is significantly reduced, resulting in a disadvantage that a good heat retaining effect cannot be obtained.

This invention was made based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the insulation material from shifting to one side by preventing seams between the outer material and the lining material from occurring where no insulation material is interposed. To provide a futon whose heat retention property is not significantly impaired by heat.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In the futon according to this invention, a partition cloth 3 is provided between an outer material 1 and a lining material 2, and the peripheral parts of these three materials are sewn together. An upper accommodating part 4 is formed between the partition cloth 3 and the outer material 1, and a lower accommodating part 5 is formed between the partition cloth 3 and the lining 2. A heat insulating material 6 such as cotton, for example, is accommodated in each of the accommodating portions 4 and 5. The outer fabric 1 is sewn to the partition cloth 3 in a number of points. This stitching point will be referred to as the upper stitching point 7. Also,
The lining 2 is sewn to the partition cloth 3 in a number of points like the outer material 1. This stitching point will be referred to as the lower stitching point 8. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the upper seam 7 and the lower seam 8 are shifted in position.

Therefore, according to the futon having the above structure, the outer material 1
is sewn to the partition cloth 3 at the upper seam point 7, and the lining 2
is stitched to the partition cloth 3 at the lower stitching point 8, so that the heat insulating material 6 accommodated in the upper and lower housing sections 4, 5 is prevented from being shifted to one side. In addition, the upper suture point 7
Since the lower seam portion 8 and the lower seam portion 8 are shifted in position, there will be no portion where the heat insulating material 6 is not interposed between the outer material 1 and the lining material 2. That is, the heat insulator 6 is interposed between the lining 2 and the partition cloth 3 at the upper seam point 7, and the heat insulator 6 is interposed between the outer material 1 and the partition cloth 3 at the lower seam point 8. Therefore, the heat retention properties in the thickness direction of the futon are not significantly impaired at the stitching points 7 and 8.

In the above embodiment, the outer material 1 and the lining material 2 are sewn to the partition cloth 3 in dots, but they may also be sewn in a linear manner along the width direction or length direction of the futon. It is sufficient that the stitching positions of the outer material 1 and the lining material 2 are shifted from each other.

As described above, this invention provides a partition cloth between the outer material and the lining material, forms storage areas for the heat insulating material above and below this partition material, and places the outer material and the lining material in different positions on the partition material. I sutured it in dots. Therefore, by sewing the outer material and the lining to the partition cloth, it is possible to prevent the heat insulating material accommodated in the upper and lower storage portions of the partition cloth from shifting. In addition, since the outer fabric and the lining are sewn to the partition cloth in dots at different positions, there is no place where the heat insulating material is not interposed between the outer fabric and the lining. Therefore, unlike conventional futons in which the outer material and the lining are directly sewn together, there are no areas where the heat retention is significantly reduced, so the heat retention can be improved.

さらに、表地と裏地とを仕切布に点状に縫合し

保温性の向上が計れる。
Furthermore, since the outer material and the lining are stitched to the partition cloth in a dotted manner, there are fewer places where the heat insulating material is not interposed compared to the case where the outer material and the lining are sewn in a linear manner, and this also improves heat retention.
