クロ波透過性の耐熱性無機焼結体で構成している。また
、点火器2aは炭化けい素とチタン酸バリウムの焼結体
で構成され、1000°C以上の耐熱性を有し、かつマ
イクロ波を吸収して発熱する。本体1の上面には排気口
9が設けられ、排気送風機10に接続されている。なお

れる。また生ゴミ4が灰となシ負荷としてゼロになって
も、点火器2aが負荷として残るためマイクロ波発生装
置6はいわゆる空だき状態で損傷することはない。また
本実施例では格子板としたが、第3図ビ)に示すように
生ゴミの処理容器2内に板状の凸部を設けて点火器2a
を支える方法でも同様の効果を奏する。要は生ゴミの処
理容器内に、灰になる前の生ゴミを点火器周りで一時保
