の中を通過させるとき下方から固定ノズルで洗浄し、さ
らに出口のツイストで正転させて排出コンベアだ送るも
のであり、その3は垂直にだ円回動するチェーンに一定
ピッチで多数のポケットを取り付け、搬入コンベア上を
送られてきた瓶をポケットに同期するブツシャで順次に
ポケット内に押し込み、瓶が倒立の姿勢となる位置の下
方においてカム機構等によってチェーンに連動するノズ
ルから洗浄水を噴射して瓶を各個に洗浄する装置である
。以上3種の瓶洗浄装置はいずれも現在使用されている
ものであるが、その1とその2は瓶の搬送とノズルが同
期していないので噴射する水の大部分は瓶口に入らず無
駄が多い。また瓶が軟瓶の場合はゴムパッドや側圧ベル
トが利かない。
