着され、バネにより付勢されて後方に位置する際
には先端のペン体が軸筒内に没入するレフイール
と、非筆記時に軸筒先端部に嵌合装着されるとそ
の内部に突設された内筒が軸筒内に没入したペン
体を気密に内抱し、筆記時に軸筒尾端部に嵌合装
着されると内筒が軸筒の通孔に挿通され、かつこ
の内筒の円環状の先端部が係止部材を押圧してレ
フイールを前進させ、係止部材が内段を通過する
と内筒の先端部が円環状切溝に挿入されて係止部
材が外方に膨出することにより内段に係止させる
とともにペン体を軸筒先端開口開口より突出させ
るキヤツプとよりなるレフイール式マーキングペ

軸筒1に内蔵されたレフイール2の本体は大径部
2aと中径部2bとからなり、中径部2bの外径
は前軸1aの内径に等しく、これに摺接しながら
軸筒1内を前後動可能となり、大径部2aの後端
には弾性材よりなる係止部材7が固着され、この
係止部材7の外径は小径部11の内径に等しく、
後軸1aの尾端面に衝合するようになつている。
そしてこの係止部材7には軸心方向にキヤツプ5
の内筒6と同一大きさの円環状切溝7aとこの円
環状切溝7aの外方には複数個の放射状切溝7b
が設けられており、キヤツプ5の内筒6の先端部
が円環状切溝7aに挿入されると第5図に示す如
く係止部材7が後方に膨出するようになつてい
る。中径部2bの先端には小径の先口2cが連設
され、更にその先端にはペン体3が突出している
がペン体3は先口2cに対して十分に大きなもの
となつている。そして、軸筒1とレフイール2の
それぞれの段部にはバネ4が介装され、このバネ
4によりレフイール2は後方に付勢されており、
通常は係止部材7が軸筒1の尾端面に衝合し、か
つペン体3は軸筒1の内孔内に没入している。次
にキヤツプ5は前述の如く前軸1aおよび後軸1
bに嵌合される内孔を有するが、更に奥底中央部
から内筒6が突設され、この内筒6は軸筒1内に
没入しているペン体3を気密に内抱すべく、その
開口内周面が先口2cの外周面に密着するように
なつている。そして、筆記時に後軸1bに嵌合装
着すれば内筒6が通孔13に挿通され、その先端
面が係止部材7を押圧する。この内筒6の先端形
状は円環状切溝7aと同一であるが、係止部材7
が軸筒1の小径部11に内接しているため、円環
状切溝7aは拡開せずにレフイール2は前進す
る。そして係止部材7が内段12を通過すると軸
筒1の内径が大きくなるため内筒6が円環状切溝
7aに挿入され、係止部材7が外方に膨出して内
段12に係止される。この時はペン体3が軸筒1
より突出して筆記可能となる。そしてペン体3が
筆圧を受けても係止部材7が内段12に係止され
ているためここで受止めることができる。次に筆
記が終了してキヤツプ5を後軸1bから取り去る
と拡開されていた円環状切溝7aが復元するた
め、内段12がやゝテーパー状をなしていること
とあいまつて係止が解かれてレフイール2は後退
する。そしてキヤツプ5が前軸1aに嵌合装着さ
れるが、ペン体3が軸筒1内に没入され、かつキ
ヤツプ5の開口端内面が前軸1aの外面にガイド
されながら嵌合されるため、ペン体3がキヤツプ
5の内面に接触してインキが付着することがな
い。
