[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a new heat insulating sheet, in which the wood fibers forming the essential fiber sheet absorb the excess moisture indoors that has entered the wood fiber sheet, and the moisture absorbed when indoors is dry. It releases moisture into the room, adjusts the indoor humidity, and prevents sudden changes in indoor humidity. Moreover, it does not cause dew condensation inside the wood fiber sheet, so it does not reduce the insulation effect. It is flame retardant.

A heat insulating sheet made by covering the surface of a non-hygroscopic heat insulating material such as glass wool, rock wool, or synthetic resin wool, which is conventionally available to the public, with aluminum foil or synthetic resin film, or a heat insulating sheet made of a non-hygroscopic heat insulating material such as glass wool, rock wool, synthetic resin wool, etc.
The sound-absorbing board shown in the publication has small tears in the surface aluminum foil and synthetic resin film during handling and construction, and indoor moisture can enter the interior through these small tears and pinholes in the aluminum foil and synthetic resin film themselves. Condensation condenses on the outer aluminum foil, which is cooled by low-temperature outside air, the inner surface of the synthetic resin film, and the insulation material that is cooled by contact with the outer aluminum foil, and flows down from the bottom of the insulation sheet. There were drawbacks such as condensed water entering the room, damaging furniture, clothing, etc., corroding the house, and making it impossible to adjust the indoor humidity. However, as a result of various experimental studies, the inventor of the present invention has found that there are no drawbacks such as the following. This invention was able to adjust the indoor humidity.

A specific example of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
Chip dust, crushed sawdust or newspaper,
A single fiber or a mixture of fibers recycled from waste paper such as magazines and cardboard is treated with a flame retardant such as boric acid or phosphate ester, and then treated with a flame retardant such as urea resin, acrylic resin, or acetate resin. Along with the adhesive, a flame-retardant and impermeable exterior film 3 made of a flame-retardant synthetic resin film such as polyester film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil, etc. with a thickness of about 10 to 100 μm is coated with a thickness of 20 to 100 μm.
150 mm, with an apparent specific gravity of about 0.03 to 0.5 to make it flame retardant and form a moisture permeable wood fiber sheet 1. The adhesive 5 is used to bond the interior sheet 2, which is made of the same material as the exterior sheet 3 and has a plurality of through holes 4 with a porosity of 10 to 90%, while still wet, and 6 is an adhesive.

The present invention is used by inserting and fixing the interior sheet 2 between the interior wall and exterior wall of a building with the interior sheet 2 on the inside, and humid indoor air permeates through the interior wall or flows out of the interior wall through the gap in the interior wall, causing damage to the interior. Wood fiber sheet 1 inside the plurality of through holes 4 opened in the sheet 2
The exterior sheet 3 or the exterior sheet that has been cooled absorbs the moisture that has entered the interior of the interior and is absorbed by the wood fiber sheet 1, dries the air within the interior of the wood fiber sheet 1, and is cooled by the outside air. No condensation occurs on the wood fibers that are being cooled in contact with the insulation sheet, so no condensation water accumulates at the bottom of the insulation sheet.
It does not cause various problems due to the outflow of condensed water, and when the room becomes dry, the moisture absorbed by the wood fiber sheet 1 is released into the room to make it dry and adjust the humidity in the room. It is something.

In addition, if the thickness of the wood fiber sheet 1 is less than 20 mm and the apparent specific gravity is less than 0.03, the ability to adjust humidity will be reduced, and if the thickness is more than 150 mm and the apparent specific gravity is more than 0.5, it will become heavy, causing problems in construction. It is something.

Another specific example shown in FIG. 3 is the specific example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and when the interior sheet 2 is made of a synthetic resin film, aluminum is pasted on the outer surface of the interior sheet 2 or aluminum is vapor-deposited. The bright surface layer 8 is formed, and the same reference numerals as in the above specific example indicate the same parts, and the effect is the same as that in the above specific example, but the bright surface layer 8 can improve the heat insulation effect. It is something.
