Claims (1)
- 通電により発熱する面状発熱体素子の両面を絶
縁層で被つてなる装置において、上記面状発熱体
素子の一部に発熱体の欠如部分を設けるとともに
、上記欠如部分に対応する絶縁層部分に少くとも
一個所の切込みを設け、上記欠如部分に温度セン
サを埋め込むとともに、上記切込みから温度セン
サのリード線を導出してなることを特徴とする温
度センサ付き面状発熱装置。
