A waterproof decorative film is formed by coating with a material that drains easily, such as acrylic resin, and then, as shown in FIG. The notch 21 for forming is processed, and the bending allowances 20a on the four sides of the obtained wall panel processed plate material 20' are bent to one side to form a frame portion.

The frame portion formed by the bending margin whose end surface is covered with a decorative film is positioned below,
As shown in FIG. 1, it is engaged and supported by the upper end of the floor panel 2, and the vertical frame portion of the corner of the lower end of the wall panel 3 supported by the floor panel 2 ( At the joining point between the cut end surface (corresponding to the cut end surface side by the dividing process) and the horizontal frame part, the notch 21 for forming the bending allowance is processed after the coating process with the waterproof decorative film, so there is no coating. The cut end surface of the treatment will be exposed, and the position of the bathtub 4 will be

After forming, a waterproof decorative film is applied, and then the cut end surface inside the notch 21 is coated by dividing it along the dividing line R. However, the lower end 22a of the cut end surface 22, which is the end face of the frame, cannot be coated, and in order to coat the lower end 22a, it is necessary to perform a coating treatment on only this portion in a separate process. Therefore, the number of steps increases and manufacturing becomes complicated.

る。 The wall panel manufactured by the method of the present invention is one in which the four corners of a rectangular plate made of a metal plate material are cut out to form bending allowances on the four sides, and the bending allowances are bent to one side to form a frame portion. and at least the front and back surfaces of the quadrilateral board, the end face of the bending allowance corresponding to the lower end side part, and the lower part of the end face of the vertical frame part are coated with a waterproof decorative coating, and one implementation of the manufacturing method thereof. Examples are shown in Figures 2 to 6.
As shown in the figure. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, this wall panel manufacturing method involves bending a strip-shaped core material 5 made of a metal plate material such as a steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a copper plate in the width direction at both ends of the planned dividing position. A notch processing step of forming a notch 6 for substitute formation and a covering slit 6b cut deeper from the inner end thereof, and the belt-shaped core material 5 subjected to notch processing.
A decorative film coating process in which a waterproof decorative film 7 made of vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, etc. is coated on the front and back surfaces, side end faces, end faces of the notch 6, and end faces of the covering slit 6b by applying and cutting by hand 8. Then, the coated band-shaped plate material 5' is inserted into the notch 6.
A cutting step of cutting the inner covering slit 6b from its center in the width direction as shown by the dashed line P in FIG. By bending each of the bending allowances 9a of the wall panel processing plate material 9 having bending allowances 9a on each of the four sides to one side, the sixth

Particularly at the lower end where water is easily exposed, the lower part of the end face of the vertical frame 10a (the part inside the covering slit half part 6b'), which is shown with broken lines in FIGS. 4 and 6, and the end face of the horizontal frame 10b. The entire area and the joint end surfaces of the vertical frame 10a and the horizontal frame 10b are all coated with the waterproof decorative coating 7, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. Receiving liner 1
At the lower end of the wall panel 10 that is supported through the wall panel 1, there is no exposed part of the metal plate that is the core material 5, and the lower end of the wall panel 10, which is a position where water is likely to get wet and where water does not easily drain, is exposed. It can be completely protected from rusting and the durability of the wall panel 10 can be greatly improved.

To explain this in detail, in this manufacturing method, after the notch 6 for forming the bending allowance is formed, the waterproof oxide film 7 is coated, and then the cutting is performed. Moreover, when forming the notch 6, the covering slit 6b is cut deeper from the inner end thereof. Therefore, in the process of coating both sides of the core material 5, not only the vertical and horizontal frame joints of the wall panel 10 but also the lower end of the vertical frame, that is, the coating slit half 6b' A waterproof decorative film 7 is also formed on the inner part. Therefore, the coating process only needs to be done once, and unlike the case where the coating process is performed after dividing, the coating process is performed as it is in the form of a band.
Coating can be done while continuously feeding, making the coating work more efficient.

果を有する。 As described above, the method for manufacturing a wall panel of the present invention includes cutting a wide notch for forming a wide bending allowance at both ends of the band-shaped core material made of a metal plate material at the planned dividing position, and making a deeper cut from the inner end of the notch. a notch processing step of forming a deep and narrow covering slit, and a process of coating a waterproof decorative film on the front and back surfaces of the notched core material, side end faces, end faces of the notch, and end faces of the covering slit. A dividing step of dividing the coated plate material at the planned dividing position to form processed plate materials for wall panels, and bending the bending allowances on the four sides of the processed plate material for wall panels to one side to form a frame. This method includes a bending process to form a part, and in particular, since a covering slit is formed, it is necessary to add a process such as adding a partial coating process of a decorative film for waterproofing. This has the advantage that all necessary parts can be coated up to the cut end surface of the lower part of the vertical frame in a single coating process without having to do any additional work, and the manufacturing process is extremely simple.
