【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 前後両端部に円味を持たせると共に前端部に断面■形の
画鋲押圧台を形成した板状のケースの内部に、該ケース
の両端に位置させて一方向にのみ回転可能な駆動プーリ
とこれと対をなす被動プーリを回転自在に軸装し且つ該
プーリ間に無端の移送ベルトを捲装し、該移送ベルトの
外周に所要の間隔をおいて、軸線に沿つて画鋲の軸部挿
入溝を有し且つケースの前端部において前記画鋲押圧台
を挾むようにして切断された画鋲の頭部押え用レールを
配設し、更に前記画鋲押圧台の頂面に円盤型永久磁石を
固着する一方、先端部から基部に行くに従つて肉厚を増
すようになし且つ画鋲の軸部案内溝を設けた先端部が前
記円盤型永久磁石と平行になるように折曲し、更に前記
画鋲押圧台の下側の斜面に沿つて延びる基部に、一端が
前記画鋲の軸部案内溝に連なると共に他端が前記画鋲の
頭部押え用レールに連なる断面T字状の画鋲落下溝を設
けたヘラ状の画鋲引き抜き片を、ケースの前記画鋲の頭
部押え用レールの下部側の切断位置に固着し、更に前記
ケースの前記駆動プーリの上方に位置して設けた切欠部
に、ばねを介して常時押し上げられている押ボタンの一
端部を枢着し、該押ボタン又は後記押し出し操作板に、
先端部が前記駆動プーリに接触して押ボタンの押圧時に
該駆動プーリを回転せしめる回転駆動アームを固着し、
更に前記押ボタンの押圧時にケースの前方側にずれるよ
うになし、先端部に所要の間隔をおいて後記第1制御板
又は第2制御板の夫々に当接して押圧する段違いの押圧
部を設けた弾性資質からなる押し出し操作板を、その先
端部側の押圧部が後記第1制御板のU字状の屈曲部又は
切欠き部のやや下側に位置するように配設し更に縦断面
■形で且つ傾斜部の中央にU字状の屈曲部又は切欠き部
を設けた、後記第2制御板よりも下部側の先端部を長く
した第1制御板と該第1制御板と並設する縦断面■形の
第2制御板とからなり、該第1制御板と第2制御板の夫
々の下部側の先端部に画鋲の軸部を受ける鉤部を設ける
と共に該鉤部を前記画鋲の頭部押え用レールの上部側の
切断位置の前方に臨ませた弾性資質からなる画鋲繰り出
し制御板を配設し、更に前記第1制御板と第2制御板の
下部側の先端部の前方に前記画鋲押圧台の上側の斜面と
平行な画鋲の頭部押え用レールを配設して成る画鋲処理
装置。
