- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スポツト光を発生するレーザ発振管に、スポツ
ト光をスリツト光に変換するシリンドリカルレン
ズを含むレンズ系を取付けてなるスリツト光発生
装置において、 前記シリンドリカルレンズの直後に、スリツト
光の広がりを抑制するための一対の表面反射ミラ
ーを配設したことを特徴とするスリツト光発生装
置。
