排ガス圧力をそれぞれ測定する１対の圧力計と、
前記バイパス路を流れる排ガス流量を調節する流
量調節弁と、前記１対の圧力計からの圧力信号を
受けて差圧を算出する演算器と、該演算器からの
差圧信号と予め設定した差圧設定値とにもとづい
て前記流量調節弁の弁開度を調節する弁開度調節
機に制御信号を送る制御器とからなる光反射式ダ
