量検出器と、前記調整弁の出口側に設けられ流体
の圧力を検出する圧力検出器と、予め設定された
流量と前記流量検出器により検出された流量との
差による流量制御信号を出力する流量調節器と、
予め設定された最低圧力と前記圧力検出器により
検出された圧力との差による圧力制御信号を出力
する圧力調節器と、前記流量制御信号および前記
圧力制御信号の加算信号により前記調整弁を制御
