The purpose of this bending part is to block moisture absorption into the inside of the sheathed heater.

欠点もあつた。 Generally, this type of sheathed heater is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
The configuration was as shown in the figure. As shown in FIG. 1, a heating wire 2 with terminal rods 1 connected to both ends is inserted into a metal pipe 3, an electrical insulator 4 is filled between the metal pipe 3 and the heating wire 2, and the end of the metal pipe 3 is The terminal bar 1 was connected to an electric wire 7 via a connector 6, and the end portion was molded with a heat-resistant insulating material 8. The connector 6 was connected to the electric wire 7 by caulking, and was connected to the terminal bar 1 by spot welding or the like. For this reason, since the center of the terminal bar 1 and the center of the electric wire 7 are not arranged on the same center, there is a drawback that the balance of pressure during molding is different and the connector 6 and the terminal bar 1 may come off the spot. Ta. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, even though the terminal bar 1 and the wire 7 are connected on the same center, the wire 7 and the terminal bar 1 are placed on the same surface of the connector 9, so moisture is absorbed from the end of the wire. If the wire reaches the crimped portion and the mold is uneven, moisture absorption progresses into the heater through the terminal bar 1, resulting in poor insulation.
本考案は上記従来のシーズヒータの欠点を解消

図を参照して説明する。 The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional sheathed heaters mentioned above, and the third embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
This will be explained with reference to the figures.

A terminal bar 1 is connected to the lower surface of one end of the parallel state, and an electric wire 7 is crimped to the upper surface of the other end.

防止することが出来る。 In the above configuration, since the terminal bar 1 and the electric wire 7 are arranged and joined on the same center, the pressure applied during molding is uniform, and the occurrence of disconnection of the joint during molding is reduced. Furthermore, since the wire crimp portion and the terminal bar 1 are isolated by the bent portion of the connector 10, moisture absorption from the wire end portion is blocked by the connector bent portion, and moisture absorption into the inside of the sheathed heater can be prevented. I can do it.

るものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, the terminal bar and the electric wire are connected to both ends of the connector on different surfaces, and the connector is bent so that they are placed on the same center, so the molding Pressure can be applied uniformly during molding, and as a result, there are no problems such as disconnection of joints during molding, and moisture absorption from the wire terminals is also reliably prevented by the bending part of the connector. It is possible to obtain stable quality, and since the bending part of the connector is only provided to arrange the terminal bar and the wire on the same center, this folding is possible. The curved portion does not obstruct the flow of the heat-resistant insulating material during molding, and uniform molding can be performed.
