As shown in Fig. 6, this manufacturing method involves forming the front surface into a bowl shape by hot pressing, providing four portions 20 in the center of the back surface that are slightly recessed toward the front surface, and forming the peripheral portion to be thin. It is also made of an approximately elliptical elastic body with an appropriate thickness and having one or more horizontally extending four-striped grooves 21 on its surface. P, +422, the bowl-shaped portion on the surface of the core material 22, and the surface having the grooves 23 facing in the horizontal direction of 1 qJ ten each, and the cover 24 is formed by hot pressing so that the entire shape is approximately the same. The cover 24 is fitted to the surface of the core +A' 22 to cover it, and the two are joined at the edge 25 to form a pad body 26.
The peripheral edges 25 of the buffs 1 to 26 can be placed at predetermined positions on the outer surface of the lunar phase supporter body 27.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Regarding the above conventional example, 1. In the manufacturing method thereof, the core material 22 and the cover 24 are each formed by hot pressing as the final shape of the tJ pad body 26, so the required Two molds of male and female silk are required, and a core material 22 and a cover 24 are required.
One mold for polymerizing and bonding is required for male and female navy blue, and temporarily one puff is required.
If the integral parts 26 are to be produced in different shapes, such as sizes, etc., a dedicated mold is required for each, and the manufacturing cost is high.

As is clear from the figure, although there is a four-striped groove 2L23, the core member 22 is connected internally and is a body, so for example, when jφ1 hits 7 from the diagonal horn direction, the core member 22 undergoes spring deformation. However, there is a drawback in that there is no sufficient absorption of the impact horns by the impact part JJI.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the problems described in 1-4 of the present invention ε,
This is a new and improved manufacturing method for J-Porter. A core material (4) formed into a shape plate (4) and a cover material (2) such as a non-woven fabric formed by heating press so as to have a hook shape of a size that completely covers the surface of the core material (4) are set. (2), the cover material is polymerized with the core material layer 4 through the adhesive, and the core material, adhesive layer and It is a polymeric integral body consisting of a cover, and the center part is thick and the wall becomes thinner as it reaches the peripheral edge, and there are 1-1 wood grooves and 1-2 grooves extending in the lateral direction on the outside of both the front and back surfaces, and the peripheral edge. A plurality of inverted bowl-shaped pads are obtained, and the h1 edge of the pads is placed at an appropriate position on the outer surface of the knee or elbow supporter body.

(Example) An example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. 1st
The figure is a perspective view of the external appearance of a pad body manufactured by the method of the present invention, and Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in Figure 1. A core body 2- made of an elastic body covers the entire surface of the core material 1 with an adhesive layer 3 in between. Reference numeral 4 denotes an elliptical bowl-shaped pad body 4 in which the core material 1, adhesive layer 3, and cover 2 are polymerized, and the wall thickness is greatest at the central portion and becomes thinner toward the periphery. In addition, one or more concave grooves 5, 5 facing in the lateral direction are provided at positions corresponding to both the front and back sides, and three pad areas are separated by the four grooves 5.5 and the peripheral edge 6 in the independent illustration. Fields 4a, 4b, and 4c are formed. Although the pad body 4 is not shown,
The peripheral edge 6 is placed at an appropriate position on the outer surface of the Zapota main body 27, which is a stretchable cylindrical body made of conventionally known rubber woven fabric or the like.

Next, a method for manufacturing the pad body 4 will be explained with reference to FIG. The core material 1, which is the core material 1, is a block formed into a flat corner t (one trapezoid shape) by cutting a plate of porous foamed elastic material such as urethane foam 1. 2
The cover material 2 is made of non-woven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc., preferably made of abrasion-resistant fibers of appropriate thickness, and this is pressed into the core using a hot press 7 as shown in FIG. Use an oval hook shape large enough to completely cover 1° above the material. The heating press 7 includes a ring-shaped female mold 8, a male mold 9 with a hemispherical tip that protrudes into the ring of the female mold 8, and a male mold 9 that surrounds the male mold 9 and is attached to the base body 9 of the male mold 9 so as to be movable forward and backward. The fabric 11 is placed on the female die 8, and the male die 9 is pressed down toward the die 8 to first fix the periphery of the fabric 11 with the press ring 10, and then An elliptical bowl-shaped cover material 2゛ is obtained from the hemispherical part of the mold 9. Note that the mold 9 has a circular shape 4), L

(Effects) According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a core material formed by cutting a plate of foamed elastic material such as urethane foam into a flat truncated pyramidal block, and a core material having a size that completely covers the surface of the core material material. Providing a cover material formed by heating press so as to have an arm shape, polymerizing the cover material onto the core material through an adhesive, placing the cover material in a heating press mold, and heating it. It consists of a core+A, an adhesive layer and a cover. In addition, it is possible to obtain an inverted bowl-shaped pad body which is divided into a plurality of pieces by the periphery and the concave grooves of 1 tree facing in the horizontal direction at the positions corresponding to both the front and back sides, which is different from the conventional Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-39910. Compared to the manufacturing method described in
Fewer molds are used, making the manufacturing process simpler! V can be produced at low cost with 1″L.
