Conventionally, with regard to this type of mounting device, the electrical box has been detachably removed from inside the main body in consideration of service inspection, or a service door has been provided in part of the main body wall facing the electrical box. However, in the case of ceiling-mounted air conditioners, for example, which are installed high up indoors, there is a limit to the lead wires when removing the electrical box, so the worker must support it with one hand, which makes installation difficult.

For this reason, as mentioned above, we installed a service door,
Structures in which a part of the main body wall to which the electrical equipment box is fixed are rotatably supported have also been attempted, but these structures were limited by the fact that the electrical equipment box was placed on the bottom of the main unit, so it was difficult to design the air conditioner. It was causing trouble. A structure in which the electrical box could be pulled out from inside the main body in the same direction and hooked onto the main body was considered, but since the service opening of the electrical box faced the interior wall, the workability was poor and unsatisfactory.

In view of this, the purpose of this project is to improve work efficiency by using the electrical box's mounting parts as they are, flipping the electrical box upside down, and hooking the box with the service opening facing the operator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting device that is highly versatile and has excellent versatility.

The configuration of the present invention includes: an electrical equipment box having a service opening on at least one side; a fixture that is fixed to the outer wall of the box facing the opening face and removably attached to the ceiling mounting surface; It consists of a locking tool for positioning and mounting the electrical equipment box when the mounting tool is installed, and during service, the electrical equipment box is turned over and the mounting tool is engaged and held by the locking tool.
With this configuration, the electrical equipment box is positioned and mounted on the locking tool, so when the mounting tool is attached to the ceiling mounting surface, it is reliably positioned at the specified location and the work can be easily carried out, and it is also possible to easily perform the work with the mounting tool during service. By making full use of the locking tools and engaging these two tools together, the electrical box is lowered, and the service opening, which is normally closed by the vertical mounting surface to prevent dust from entering, is turned over for work. Since it is held in a state facing the user, serviceability can be greatly improved with a minimum number of parts.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the main parts showing the installed state of the electrical equipment box 4, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the main parts showing the service state of the electrical equipment box 4. The electrical equipment box 4 houses electrical components (not shown). One side is opened as a service opening 5, and when it is in the installed state, it is closed by contacting the vertical mounting surface 6 to prevent dust in the air flow guided from the suction port 2 to the air outlet 7 from entering the electrical equipment box 4. It is prevented.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a substantially L-shaped locking tool fixed to the vertical mounting surface 6, and a slit 11 formed in the bottom surface 10 of the electrical equipment box 4 is inserted into this projecting piece 9 from diagonally from the front to attach the electrical equipment box 4.
When positioned and placed on the locking tool 8, it is temporarily fixed,
After that, when the L-shaped fixture 13 fixed to the outer wall 12 facing the opening 5 is screwed to the bracket 15 fixed to the ceiling mounting surface 14 with the screw 16 as shown in FIG.
The electrical equipment box 4 can be installed reliably and easily.
