検出手段からの信号を入力して制御信号を出力す
るコントローラと、該コントローラからの制御信
号に基づいて上記伝達比可変機構を作動制御する
アクチユエータとを備えてなり、上記伝達比可変
機構の反力ギヤ要素は、その歯車軸方向に２分割
されていて分割部が相互に逆方向に回転付勢され
ていることを特徴とする自動車のステアリング装
置。 (2) 伝達比可変機構は、反力ギヤ要素と歯車軸
との間に、差動歯車機構の半径方向に軟らかくて
円周方向に硬い弾性手段が介在されている実用新
