Description
本考案は、アルミ電解コンデンサに関し、特
に、音響用に用いられるアルミ電解コンデンサに
関するものである。
例えば、ステレオ等の音響再生装置に於いては
オーデイオ信号に発生する歪成分が軽減されるこ
とにより音を高忠実度で再生でき良好な音質を得
ることが可能になる。しかしながら、電源やスピ
ーカに用いられるフイルター用のコンデンサは他
の部品に比べ改良が遅れており、そのため、オー
デイオ信号を歪ませ、音質を劣化させる原因とな
つており、その改善が望まれていた。
本考案は、以下の点に鑑み、流れる信号に発生
する歪成分を低下しうるアルミ電解コンデンサの
提供を目的とするものである。
本考案は、上記の目的を達成するために、アル
ミ電解箔にセパレータを積層し巻回したアルミ電
解コンデンサにおいて、エツチングした陽極箔
と、該エツチングした陽極箔の4〜20%の長さを
有し外周付近に巻回される未エツチングの陽極箔
と、前記エツチングした陽極箔と対向するエツチ
ングした陰極箔と、前記未エツチングの陽極箔と
対向した未エツチングの陰極箔とを有することを
特徴とするアルミ電解コンデンサを提供するもの
である。
以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。
図において、1はエツチング処理したアルミ箔
を硼酸や蓚酸に浸漬して化成を施し表面に酸化皮
膜を生成したエツチング陽極箔である。2はこの
エツチング陽極箔1の4〜20%の長さに裁断され
たエツチング処理の施されていないプレーンなア
ルミ箔にエツチング電極箔と同様な化成の施され
た未エツチング陽極箔である。3はマニラ紙等の
セパレータである。4は、エツチング陽極箔1に
対向した陰極箔であり、エツチング処理が施さ
れ、化成処理されていないアルミ箔からなる。5
は、未エツチング陽極箔2に対向した陰極箔であ
り、エツチング処理及び化成処理の施されていな
いアルミ箔である。そして各陽極箔1及び2の任
意の位置にリードタブを接続し、特に、未エツチ
ング陽極箔2の方が外周付近に配置されるように
巻回してコンデンサ素子を形成する。
例えば、ステレオ等のフイルターコンデンサと
して定格63V 8700μFのアルミ電解コンデンサ
を用い比較例によるものと本考案によるものとに
ついて音質を調べたところ表1の通りの結果が得
られた。
なお、各箔の長さは、
エツチング陽極箔 2030mm
未エツチング陽極箔 160mm
エツチング陽極箔に対向する陰極箔 2130mm
未エツチング陽極箔に対向する陰極箔 260mm
とする。

合、陽極箔の長さの影響を調べるために、陰極箔

分を抑制でき、音響再生装置の音質を向上しうる
