【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to electrolytic capacitors for acoustic equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In conventional electrolytic capacitors, a capacitor element in which an anode foil and a cathode foil that have been subjected to etching treatment and oxide film formation treatment are wound through a separator is impregnated with an electrolytic solution and stored in a metal case, and the opening is sealed with an elastic sealing body. Was configured.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional electrolytic capacitors described above used kraft paper, manila paper, kraft-manila hemp mixed paper, or synthetic fibers such as polypropylene as separators, but when used in power supply smoothing circuits and signal circuits for acoustic equipment, etc. However, there was a drawback that a balanced sound from low to high was not obtained and the sound quality was poor. For this reason, attempts have been made to wind up the capacitor element hard, or to fix the periphery of the element with a fixing material, but no satisfactory one has been obtained.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above-described problem, and in an electrolytic capacitor for an acoustic device in which an electrolytic solution is impregnated with a capacitor element wound or laminated between opposing electrode foils via a separator, the separator includes banana fibers. An electrolytic capacitor for audio equipment , characterized in that it is a mixed paper.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
By using banana fiber mixed paper as a separator for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, balanced sound from low to high can be obtained.
[0006]
【Example】
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having a rating of 25 V-330 μF, an outer dimension diameter of 10 mm, and a length of 20 mm, a mixed paper of banana fiber and manila hemp is used as the
[0007]
In Example 1, 50% of hemp fiber and 50% of banana fiber were used as a separator, and in Example 2, 50% of hemp fiber and 80% of banana fiber were used. As a conventional example, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor was manufactured using Manila hemp paper and used as an output coupling capacitor of a CD player. As a result, compared to the conventional example, the first and second embodiments have higher resolution in the low sound range and an increased amount of sound information, resulting in a well-balanced sound.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
As explained in the above embodiment, the electrolytic capacitor of the present invention partially containing banana fiber has an increased resolution in the low frequency range, an increased amount of sound information, and a well-balanced sound can be obtained. This can greatly contribute to improving the sound quality of equipment.
