However, the applicant does not use a rotating tank and uses vibration,
We are currently developing a dewatering method that can eliminate noise problems. This dewatering system includes a pressure-responsive body consisting of a telescoping section and a pressing section provided at the bottom of the telescoping section. The pressure-responsive body supports the upper end of the telescoping section, and the pressure-responsive body presses the opening of the washing tub. This is a method in which the washing tub is closed, the pressure inside the washing tub is reduced, the pressure inside the tub is made negative, the pressing part is moved downward, and the washing is pressed and compressed by this pressing part to squeeze out the water. According to this method, The rotating tank can be omitted, there are no vibration and noise problems associated with the rotation of the tank, and there is no need to adopt a vibration-proof structure.

That is, the inside of the washing tub is sealed by a pressure-responsive body, and when water is supplied into this closed space, the pressure within the space increases as the water level rises, causing serious problems in the water supply operation.
Further, problems arise, such as the inability to adopt a water level detection method based on pressure changes.

(Function) When the water level in the washing tub rises due to water supply and the pressure inside the washing tub increases, the exhaust valve opens and opens the inside of the washing tub to the atmosphere. Therefore, water supply work can be carried out without causing problems such as water leakage at the connection part of the water supply hose, and it is also possible to employ a water level detection method based on pressure changes.

22 is a lid pivoted to the washing machine outer frame l with a shaft 23 so that it can be rotated and opened/closed; 24 is a pressure-responsive body consisting of a bellows-shaped extensible part 25 and a pressing part 26 provided at the bottom thereof; The upper end of the extendable portion 25 is attached to the inner surface of the lid 22, and the lid 22i is supported. The upper end of the elastic part 25 of the pressure-responsive body 24 also serves as a backing, and is sandwiched between the upper end of the washing tub 2 and the inner surface of the lid 22 to seal the space therebetween. Therefore, the pressure responsive body 24
partitions the internal space formed by the washing tub 2 and the lid 22 into upper and lower parts, and forms a measurement space 27 and a lid side space 28.

First, the water supply operation is performed by opening the water supply valves 17 and 19, and the water supplied from the tap is supplied into the washing tub 2 from the water supply port 4 via the water supply channel 18, the circulation path 10, and the water supply channel 16. Then, the water level in the washing tub 2 rises, and the excess air in the tub 2 pushes open the exhaust valve 21 and is discharged from the exhaust path 20, so that the internal pressure in the test space 27 increases. There is no adverse effect on the water supply operation.

In this state (as shown in the first diagram), the motor 7 is driven to rotate the pulsator 6, and the stirring action of the pulsator 6 performs washing operations in the same manner as in the conventional eIC washing machine. Note that rinsing is performed in the same manner as described above.

When washing (rinsing) is finished, the discharge valve 14 is opened and the pump 12 is operated to suck out the water and air in the washing tub 2 and discharge it from the discharge valve 14 to the outside of the machine via the drainage channel 9. Open the valve 33 to open the ventilation path 32 and the communication path 3.
By flowing outside air into the lid side space 28 through the passage 1 and the passage 3o, a drainage operation is performed, followed by a dewatering operation. During the dewatering operation, the air inside the washing tub 2 is sucked out and the internal pressure becomes negative.
6 moves downward, and finally presses and compresses the laundry to squeeze out moisture from the laundry (state shown in the second figure).

When dewatering is completed, the operation of the pump 12 is stopped, and the remaining water in the circulation path 10 and the water supply channel 16 is discharged to the outside of the machine via the drainage path 9 by opening the drain valve 15 and the water supply valve I7. By closing the third section and operating the vacuum pump 29, the air in the lid side space 28 is sucked out and the pressure is reduced. Then, the pressure inside the lid side space 28 becomes negative, and the pressing part 26 of the pressure-responsive body 24 moves upward and returns to its original upper position.

At this point, the vacuum pump 29 is stopped and the vent valve 3 is closed.
8 remains closed, air will not flow into the lid-side space 28, and therefore the pressing portion 26 of the pressure-responsive body 24 will be held at the upper position.

As described above (in this embodiment, the laundry can be dehydrated by pressing and compressing it using the atmospheric pressure applied to the pressing part 26 of the pressure-responsive body 24, and the rotating tank in the centrifugal dewatering method is omitted). Therefore, various problems caused by this tank can be solved.Furthermore, since water is supplied into the washing tub 2 without exhausting the air inside the washing tub 2 when water is supplied, there is no increase in the pressure inside the washing tub 2. There is no problem such as water leakage during water supply work.
It is also possible to adopt a water level detection method that detects the water level based on pressure changes.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to perform dewatering without using a rotating tank, and also solves the problem during water supply, and also eliminates the limitation on the water level detection method. It is easy to put the dehydration method into practical use.
