本考案は、自動車用フレーム付ドアサブアツセ
ンブリの製造過程において完成後(ロウ付け後)
のドアフレームの建付位置を矯正する装置に関す
るものである。
(従来の技術)
従来、自動車用フレーム付ドアサブアツセンブ
リの製造においては、第12図に示すように、ド
アフレーム13の後側下端部13aをドア本体3
にスポツト溶接で固定した後、ドアフレーム13
とドア本体3上部との間の部分を、意匠性、シー
ル性、強度上および防錆対策の観点からロウ付け
を施している。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
上記のフレーム付ドアサブアツセンブリ2を自
動車のメーンボデーに建付けた場合、ドアフレー
ム13の建付精度が見栄え上および雨洩れ上大き
な問題となる。この要因としては、ドアフレー
ムのロウ付け時の加熱冷却による変化量のバラツ
キ、ドアフレームやドアインナ等のロールプレ
ス成形品のバラツキ、上記メーンボデー側のド
アヒンジの面精度のバラツキの三つの点があげら
れる。
特に、上記の要因については、ロウ付けにお
ける加熱温度、加熱時間の差によるバラツキ、お
よび、ロウ肉盛り量に応じたロウ付部の収縮量の
差によるバラツキが挙げられ、そのコントロール
が非常に難しいものとなつている。ドアフレーム
13の建付精度の状況はドアフレーム13の下方
部位A,Dよりも上方部位B,Cにおいて著し
く、参考までにドアフレーム13の各部位A,
B,C,DにおけるCp値のロウ付け前後の変化
の一例を示せば、下表の通りである。

うに配置された一対の矯正ヘツドを有し、かつ前
記矯正装置本体に前記ドアフレームを表裏方向に
移動可能に設けられた矯正部と、前記一対の矯正
ヘツドを前記ドアフレームを表裏方向に移動させ
るための駆動源と、前記矯正装置本体または前記
矯正部側のいずれかに取付けられ、前記矯正部の
矯正装置本体に対する測定原位置を検出する測定
原位置検出用センサと、前記ドアフレームの一面
に対面するようにして前記矯正部に取付けた建付
位置測定用センサと、前記測定原位置検出用セン
サにより測定原位置を検出して、その検出信号に
より所定位置に前記矯正部を停止するように前記
駆動源を制御する手段、及び前記測定原位置に対
する前記ドアフレームの一面までの距離を測定
し、その測定信号に基づき正規位置に対する前記
ドアフレームの建付精度を算出し、算出された建
付精度が公差を越えているとき矯正量に基づく曲
げ量を算出し、この曲げ量だけ前記矯正部を移動
するため前記駆動源を制御する手段を有するコン
