〔技術分野〕
本考案は接着剤のような塗布物を塗布する塗布
ローラを洗浄するための装置に関するものであ

隅々まで均一に洗浄できなく、また洗浄を容易に
するため塗布ローラを回転駆動すると危険である
という欠点があつた。

操作するだけでへらと吐出する洗浄液で自動的に
洗浄できて労力を要さない上、安全性も極めて高
い塗布ローラ洗浄装置を提供するにある。

本考案塗布ローラ洗浄装置は、塗布ローラ１の
側方に塗布ローラ１と平行に洗浄液吐出用パイプ
２を配設し、洗浄液吐出用パイプ２に洗浄液吐出
口３を長手方向に列設すると共に洗浄液吐出用パ
イプ２より塗布ローラ１の全長に亘る巾のへら４
を突出し、へら４を塗布ローラ１に当接乃至離間
するために洗浄液吐出用パイプ２を回動操作する
操作ハンドル５を洗浄液吐出用パイプ２に付設し
たものであつて、上記のように構成することによ
り従来例の欠点を解決したものである。つまり操
作ハンドル５を操作することにより洗浄液吐出用
パイプ２を回動してへら４の先端を塗布ローラ１
に当接すると共に洗浄液吐出口３より洗浄液を吐
出し、塗布ローラ１を回動しながら自動的に洗浄
できるようにしたものである。

塗布するローラであつて、受ローラ６と塗布ロー
ラ１との間で搬送される被塗布物７に塗布物を連
続的に塗布するものである。８は塗布物供給パン
であつて、塗布ローラ１に塗布物を供給するよう
になつている。２は塗布ローラ１と平行に架設さ
れた洗浄液吐出用パイプであつて、軸受（図示せ
ず）にて回転自在に支持してある。この洗浄液吐
出用パイプ２にはバルブ９等を介して水のような
洗浄液を供給する洗浄液供給ホース１０を連結し
てある。洗浄液吐出用パイプ２より塗布ローラ１
の全長に亘つてへら４を突出させてあつて、洗浄
液吐出用パイプ２に長手方向に亘つて洗浄液吐出
口３を列設してある。５は洗浄液吐出用パイプ２
を回動操作する操作ハンドルである。しかして塗
布ローラ１にて塗布物を塗布しているときは操作
ハ５が矢印ロ方向に回動されていてへら４が塗布
ローラ１から離れているが、洗浄するとき操作ハ
ンドル５が矢印イ方向に回動されてへら４が塗布
ローラ１に当接され〔このとき塗布物供給パン８
は空になつている〕、これと同時に洗浄液吐出口
３より水のような洗浄液が吐出され、塗布ローラ
１が回動することによりへら４と洗浄液とで塗布
