- クランク軸が所定回転位置にセツトされたとき
、これを外部から視認できるタイミングマークを
クランク軸に直結された回転部材に設けたエンジ
ンにおいて、カムプーリ又はカムギヤに点検マー
クを設けると共に、タイミングカバーに前記点検
マークを外部から視認できるように点検孔を設け
、且つ前記点検マークと前記点検孔を、クランク
軸が前記所定回転位置にあるとき、これに対する
正規の回転位置にカム軸があることを示す位置に
設けたことを特徴とするエンジンのタイミング点
検装置。
