用いてヘッド取付部3に取付けられており、さらにヘッ
ド取付部3はプラスチックで形成された回転シリンダ4
と一体成形されている。なおヘッド取付@3はヘッド取
イ、↑ねし2の締付強度が弱まるのを防ぐためにアルミ
ニウム合金で形成されている。これはプラスチックで形
成した回転シリンダ4に、ヘッド取付ねじ2を用いて直
接記録再生ヘッド1を取付けると、プラスチックの収縮
が原因でヘッド取付ねじ2の締付強度が弱まる事がある
からである。また回転シリンダ4はアルミニウム合金と
比重が概ね等しくなるように、粒子状のフェライト、カ
ーボンを各々13容量%、7容量%含有したプラスチッ
クで形成されており、ヘッド取付部3の位置が多少ずれ
ても回転シリンダ4の回転時に回転むらが生じないよう
になっている。5は上記回転シリンダ4を支持する軸受
機構6を備えた固定シリンダであり、外周面にテープ状
記録媒体8の走行をガイドするリード溝7を有する。9
は回転軸、10は回転軸9に固定されたフランジであり

転むらが生じたり、ヘッド取付部3の位置がずれると記
録再生ヘッド1の位置もずれるので良好な記録再生が行
えないなどの問題点があった。

めてしまうことを防止している。

置の回転ヘッド・アセンブリが得られる効果がある。
