Generally, sanitary napkins that have been commercially available in recent years are
Each piece is appropriately folded and sealed into a bag with packaging material. When using a napkin, the wrapping material is torn, the napkin is taken out, and the wrapping material is thrown away. That is, the packaging material simply has the function of packaging the napkin for hygiene and appearance reasons, and is uneconomical because it cannot be reused after the napkin is taken out.

On the other hand, even if commercially available napkins are washable, they can clog the drain pipe if they are dumped into a flush toilet bowl, so be sure to prepare them in the toilet after use. It is being dumped in a waste container. However, even if it is dumped into the container, if the menstrual blood remains attached, the container will be soiled with menstrual blood and the person cleaning the container will feel uncomfortable. For this reason, used napkins are sometimes wrapped in paper strips such as tissue paper and thrown into the container, but since they are then dumped in another location with general garbage, it is difficult to handle them properly. When the napkin is being discarded or thrown away, the paper strip may open and the napkin with menstrual blood on it may be exposed, causing discomfort to cleaners and the like, as described above.

Therefore, in order to store used napkins in a bag and dispose of them, an idea has been proposed in which a bag of approximately the same size is integrally attached to the napkin.
This is not only uneconomical as it requires the use of a separate packaging material to seal the napkin, but also is not practical since it is difficult to wear the napkin. In addition, in foreign countries, separate sachets for storing and disposing of used napkins are stored in a large exterior bag for the number of napkins; is used, which is uneconomical.

On the other hand, disposable diapers that have been on the market in recent years are not individually packaged using packaging materials, so after use, the diapers are wrapped in relatively large paper, plastic sheets, or bags made of these materials. Especially when traveling, it is troublesome to have to carry the above-mentioned paper for disposal in addition to diapers.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an individual packaging structure for sanitary products that has the functions of both individual packaging and a sachet for disposal after use. The following is an explanation based on the embodiment.

The sanitary product 1 is suitably folded so that the skin contacting side is on the inside, and the shape is reduced, and the sanitary product 1 is sealed and packaged in a packaging bag 2.

The packaging bag 2 has a heat-fusible inner layer 3 and a surface layer 4 which can be heat-welded but is itself non-weldable or has lower heat-weldability than the inner layer. It consists of a rectangular sheet 5.

Paper or nonwoven fabric is preferably used as the material for the non-heat-fusible inner layer 4, and a fiber sheet containing heat-fusible fibers is preferably used as the material for the heat-fusible inner layer 4.

Thus, the packaging bag 2 has one end 6 of the rectangular sheet 5.
is bent inward in the vertical direction so that both horizontal edges 7a
and the opposing lateral side edges 7b of the non-folded portion of the sheet, the inner layer 3 is thermally welded to form a pocket portion 8 whose upper end is open, and a lid portion 9 extending from the back surface of the pocket portion 8. It is formed to have. When the sanitary product 1 is stored in the pocket portion 8, the lid portion 9 is bent inward in the vertical direction, and the inner surface layer 3 of the both lateral edges 10 of the lid portion 9 is bent inward in the lateral direction. It is releasably heat-welded to the surface layer 4 of 7a. Therefore, the adhesive force between the inner surface layer 3 of the lid portion 9 and the surface layer 4 of the pocket portion 8 is
The adhesive strength of the inner layer 3 is weaker than that of the inner layer 3.
This is done when taking out the sanitary product 1 from the packaging bag 2 for use, that is, when removing the sanitary product 1 from the packaging bag 2 for use, this
0 from both lateral edges 7a of the pocket portion 8, the adhesive state of the lateral edges 7a, 7b of the pocket portion 8 is peeled off due to the tensile force, and the packaging bag 2 is removed.
This is to prevent damage.

Furthermore, if necessary, an adhesive line 11 is applied to the upper surface of the surface layer of the pocket section 8 and extends in the lateral direction, so that the surface of the pocket section 8 and the lid section 9
The inner surface of the holder is also bonded to the inner surface by the adhesive wire. However, in the present invention, the provision of the adhesive line 11 is not an essential condition. By the way,
This adhesive force also applies to both lateral edges 7a of the pocket portion 8,
Needless to say, the adhesive strength of the inner layer 7b is weaker than that of the inner layer 3.

According to the present invention having the above configuration, when using the sanitary product 1, the lid part 9 of the packaging bag 2 is peeled off from the surface of the pocket part 8 to take out the sanitary product 1, and the sanitary product 1 is cleaned after use. The sanitary product 1 is folded back to its original state, stored in the pocket 8 again, and the lid 9 is closed. At that time, if an adhesive line 11 is provided, the adhesive line 11 closes the pocket. It adheres to the surface of 8. Therefore, all of the conventional drawbacks mentioned above can be eliminated.

Moreover, when the lid part 9 is peeled off, the welded state of both lateral edges 7a and 7b of the pocket part 8, which are bonded to form the pocket part 8, is not damaged, and the packaging bag 2 can be reused. It has the effect of being able to fully fulfill the functions of the above, and is extremely useful in practical use as an individual packaging structure for sanitary products.
